Le d\u00e9but de la production de \"Baustoff-City\" sur le site de Kibag \u00e0 Weinfelden est pr\u00e9vu pour 2022. Selon les informations fournies, le concept englobe tous les aspects du traitement des d\u00e9chets min\u00e9raux (p. ex. gravier, b\u00e9ton et d\u00e9chets de d\u00e9molition mixtes) ainsi que leur r\u00e9introduction dans le cycle des mat\u00e9riaux de construction.<\/p>\n

L'installation de traitement m\u00e9canique par voie humide qui sera construite sur le site actuel de Kibag dispose, selon les informations fournies, d'une installation de tri optique moderne et enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res trait\u00e9es r\u00e9pondront aux plus hautes exigences qualitatives et seront utilis\u00e9es pour la fabrication de b\u00e9ton et d'autres produits \u00e0 base de gravier. Le b\u00e9ton recycl\u00e9 sera produit directement sur place dans la centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton qui sera \u00e9galement construite, \u00e9crit Kibag.<\/p>\n

En tenant compte des directives du canton de Thurgovie et de son \"concept pour l'utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s dans le b\u00e2timent et le g\u00e9nie civil\", les besoins futurs en produits recycl\u00e9s ainsi qu'en granulats recycl\u00e9s pour les projets de construction priv\u00e9s et publics de la r\u00e9gion seront couverts de mani\u00e8re durable, selon Kibag. Le canton de Thurgovie pourra ainsi jouer un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans la mise en \u0153uvre de l'\u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n

Le site de la \"Baustoff-City\" dispose en outre d'un raccordement ferroviaire qui permettra \u00e0 l'avenir de transporter les flux de masse attendus de mani\u00e8re \u00e9cologique, m\u00eame sur de longues distances. Pour l'approvisionnement local, ce sont les flottes de camions \u00e9lectriques des partenaires de coop\u00e9ration Kibag et TIT Imhof qui seront utilis\u00e9es, comme le pr\u00e9cise finalement le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n
