Parmi les principaux th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e figuraient l'internationalisation croissante de l'entreprise, le mod\u00e8le d'organisation, la gestion de la marque, la technologie et, comme chaque ann\u00e9e, les \u00e9lections d\u00e9mocratiques des dirigeants.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat des \u00e9lections en janvier 2016 : \"Haufe-umantis est et reste une entreprise dirig\u00e9e par ses collaborateurs\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manifeste Haufe-umantis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le manifeste de Haufe-umantis, qui d\u00e9crit les valeurs en vigueur dans des domaines tels que la prise de d\u00e9cision, la performance ou le recrutement d'\u00e9quipes, constitue la base de la gestion d\u00e9mocratique de l'entreprise. En votant pour la nouvelle constitution, les collaborateurs ont d\u00e9fini les processus, r\u00e8gles et valeurs de base de l'entreprise. L'\u00e9lection d\u00e9mocratique des dirigeants, qui s'est tenue pour la troisi\u00e8me fois cette ann\u00e9e, en fait partie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carri\u00e8res en spirale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la r\u00e9union strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 Schaffhouse, l'ensemble du management s'est \u00e0 nouveau pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux \u00e9lections et a obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats. Deux cadres ont volontairement d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de leur poste avant les \u00e9lections et ont renonc\u00e9 \u00e0 se repr\u00e9senter. Tous deux se sont dits convaincus qu'ils pourraient utiliser leurs connaissances et leurs comp\u00e9tences de mani\u00e8re plus cibl\u00e9e \u00e0 un autre poste. De retour au sein de l'\u00e9quipe, ils ont la possibilit\u00e9 de faire valoir leurs points forts \u00e0 un poste appropri\u00e9 et d'apprendre du comportement de leurs successeurs en mati\u00e8re de direction. Ils pourront se repr\u00e9senter lors des prochaines \u00e9lections.<\/p>\n<p>Hermann Arnold, cofondateur et pr\u00e9sident, a lui-m\u00eame d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 de son poste de CEO pour laisser la place \u00e0 Marc Stoffel. Il affirme : \"Les carri\u00e8res en spirale doivent devenir un processus normal. Il en r\u00e9sulte un \u00e9norme effet d'apprentissage entre l'\u00e9quipe et la direction : apr\u00e8s sa propre exp\u00e9rience de direction de retour dans l'\u00e9quipe, on observe le nouveau dirigeant qui dirige diff\u00e9remment, on fait des comparaisons et on apprend ainsi de sa propre p\u00e9riode de direction et de celle de ses coll\u00e8gues. Je ne peux pas imaginer un d\u00e9veloppement du leadership plus complet\".
