De nombreux jeunes veulent d\u00e9sormais prendre cet avenir en main. Ainsi, pr\u00e8s d'un Allemand sur deux d\u00e9clare vouloir travailler pour une grande entreprise afin de pouvoir travailler sur des projets plus importants et plus influents. Ils sont suivis par environ un tiers d'entre eux qui souhaiteraient cr\u00e9er leur propre startup afin d'avoir un contr\u00f4le total sur le contenu de leur carri\u00e8re et l'impact de leur business.\r\n\r\nL'aspiration des jeunes \u00e0 donner un sens \u00e0 leur vie et \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner le monde se traduit \u00e9galement par le fait que plus d'une personne sur trois travaillerait dans un emploi peu r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9, mais qui a un sens pour elle ou lui. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des jeunes Allemands d\u00e9clarent en outre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer travailler moins et consacrer leur temps aux probl\u00e8mes qui ont une signification pour eux. Si l'on compare les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, deux tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es issues de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du baby-boom ne sont pas d'accord - un changement de paradigme social.\r\n<h3><strong>Les principes au banc d'essai<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nL'envie de changement des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations n'est toutefois pas seulement motiv\u00e9e par le contenu, elle ne s'arr\u00eate pas non plus aux r\u00e8gles du jeu \u00e9tablies de la vie professionnelle. Alors qu'auparavant, les \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures \u00e9taient encore consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme incontournables, les trois quarts des 18-34 ans interrog\u00e9s pensent aujourd'hui qu'il est possible de faire carri\u00e8re et de r\u00e9ussir sa vie m\u00eame sans un tel dipl\u00f4me. La majorit\u00e9 absolue, soit plus de 90% des jeunes interrog\u00e9s, indique en outre qu'ils soutiendraient un revenu de base inconditionnel pour leur g\u00e9n\u00e9ration - motiv\u00e9s en premier lieu par le besoin accru de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais aussi de flexibilit\u00e9 au sein de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, afin de pouvoir investir du temps dans les th\u00e8mes qui, \u00e0 leur tour, ont de l'importance pour eux.\r\n<h3>Investir dans la marque employeur est important<\/h3>\r\n\"Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations n'ont pas seulement perdu des exp\u00e9riences essentielles pendant la crise sanitaire mondiale, elles ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins du peu de choses qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites pour elles pendant cette p\u00e9riode. Il en r\u00e9sulte logiquement un besoin accru de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, un d\u00e9sir de contr\u00f4le sur leur vie et une volont\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 la construction du monde qui les entoure\", explique Sandra Onofri, Havas Germany Group Strategy Director. \"Les entreprises qui ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences, tout comme celles qui n'ont pas de but convaincant \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter, perdront des talents importants sur le march\u00e9 du travail tr\u00e8s concurrentiel.
