La confusion entre exp\u00e9rience et expertise<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Beaucoup pensent qu'une plus grande exp\u00e9rience permet d'acqu\u00e9rir plus de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences. Ce n'est pas n\u00e9cessairement le cas. Si une personne utilise toujours les m\u00eames connaissances et les m\u00eames routines, elle deviendra simplement plus routini\u00e8re, mais pas experte. Les consultants qui mettent en \u0153uvre toujours le m\u00eame type de projets deviennent meilleurs dans la mise en \u0153uvre, mais pas n\u00e9cessairement plus comp\u00e9tents. Pour devenir un expert, deux choses sont importantes :<\/p>\n

  • Deuxi\u00e8mement :<\/em> d'apprendre de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Non-experts<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Prenez un exemple aussi trivial que l'utilisation des progiciels Office. La plupart des utilisateurs sont tr\u00e8s familiers avec ces programmes et peuvent effectuer leurs t\u00e2ches rapidement et avec un bon r\u00e9sultat. Cela signifie-t-il que ces utilisateurs sont des experts ? Pas du tout. La plupart des utilisateurs ne connaissent que quelques fonctions et ne savent pas comment ils pourraient accomplir leurs t\u00e2ches d'une autre mani\u00e8re, parfois avec une efficacit\u00e9 nettement sup\u00e9rieure. Comme la proc\u00e9dure habituelle fonctionne suffisamment bien, ils n'essaient rien de nouveau et n'apprennent rien de nouveau. Le feed-back pr\u00e9tendument positif que re\u00e7oivent ces personnes les \u00e9gare. Elles pensent \u00eatre comp\u00e9tentes et avoir tout sous contr\u00f4le. L'exp\u00e9rience selon laquelle \"tout va si bien\" conduit \u00e0 une illusion de contr\u00f4le, \u00e0 une surestimation de ses propres capacit\u00e9s et peut contribuer \u00e0 une confiance en soi disproportionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

    Experts<\/strong><\/p>\n

    En revanche, les experts apprennent en permanence en testant syst\u00e9matiquement de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s et en tirant des enseignements des r\u00e9sultats, des succ\u00e8s et des \u00e9checs. Les retours d'information montrent quelles approches sont efficaces et lesquelles ne le sont pas. Ils permettent \u00e9galement d'identifier les autres facteurs de r\u00e9ussite. Prenons l'exemple de musiciens exceptionnels : ils n'ont pas seulement suivi une tr\u00e8s longue formation au cours de laquelle ils ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement recherch\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e le feed-back critique d'autres musiciens exceptionnels. Ils essaient en outre constamment de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s. Ils exp\u00e9rimentent la mani\u00e8re dont ils pourraient interpr\u00e9ter un morceau diff\u00e9remment et peut-\u00eatre encore mieux ou de mani\u00e8re plus int\u00e9ressante. Le fait qu'ils soient des ma\u00eetres dans leur domaine ne signifie pas qu'ils doivent se contenter de ce qui a fait ses preuves. Parce qu'ils s'exposent toujours \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9chouer, ils apprennent ce qui fait leur succ\u00e8s et o\u00f9 se situent leurs limites. Cela r\u00e9duit le risque de surestimer ses propres capacit\u00e9s et de s'accrocher \u00e0 une illusion de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n

    Pi\u00e8ges de la pens\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Les pi\u00e8ges de la pens\u00e9e sont une cons\u00e9quence de la mani\u00e8re dont nous percevons, pensons, apprenons et ressentons. Ils r\u00e9sultent de nos processus psychiques. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, nous ne sommes pas conscients de ces processus, c'est pourquoi, dans la vie de tous les jours, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement impossible de savoir quand nous nous mettons nous-m\u00eames dans un pi\u00e8ge de la pens\u00e9e. Conna\u00eetre les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d'erreur de planification et d'illusion de contr\u00f4le et savoir que les personnes se surestiment syst\u00e9matiquement ne prot\u00e8ge pas des pi\u00e8ges de la pens\u00e9e. A quel point pensent-ils \u00eatre bons dans leur travail ? Mon hypoth\u00e8se est que la plupart d'entre eux s'estiment dans la moyenne ou au-dessus de la moyenne. Quelle est votre influence sur les r\u00e9sultats de votre travail ? La plupart d'entre eux pensent avoir une influence importante, voire totale. Dans ce cas, consid\u00e9rez l'influence de votre sup\u00e9rieur et de vos clients sur vos actions et sur l'\u00e9valuation de vos r\u00e9sultats. Dans quelle mesure pensez-vous qu'ils sont experts dans leur domaine de travail ? Ensuite, demandez-vous quand vous avez essay\u00e9 pour la derni\u00e8re fois une nouvelle approche, une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure, alors que vous \u00e9tiez sceptique.<\/p>\n
