(Image : Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie de Corona, peu de demandeurs d'emploi craignent actuellement pour leur emploi : c'est par peur pour leur avenir professionnel que seulement 17% des personnes interrog\u00e9es dans la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude sur le march\u00e9 du travail de JobCloud (jobs.ch \/ jobup.ch) se mettent \u00e0 la recherche d'un nouvel emploi - c'est m\u00eame 2% de moins que lors de la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate de 2019. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es se mettent \u00e0 la recherche d'un nouvel emploi avant tout parce qu'elles souhaitent un meilleur salaire ou un changement professionnel et des possibilit\u00e9s d'\u00e9volution. La recherche d'emploi r\u00e9sulte donc davantage d'une situation confortable que d'une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Les PME rivalisent avec les grandes entreprises en termes d'attractivit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Ce ne sont pas les grandes entreprises internationales qui figurent en t\u00eate de la liste des souhaits des demandeurs d'emploi : Les employeurs les plus attrayants sont les petites entreprises de 10 \u00e0 49 collaborateurs - surtout parmi la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration - et les entreprises moyennes de 50 \u00e0 249 collaborateurs, toutes tranches d'\u00e2ge confondues. \"Bien s\u00fbr, travailler pour une grande entreprise connue a un grand attrait pour beaucoup. Celles-ci marquent souvent des points avec des salaires et des avantages plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Les PME, en revanche, convainquent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par des hi\u00e9rarchies plus plates, la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s et, surtout, par une atmosph\u00e8re plus familiale\", explique Davide Villa, CEO de JobCloud. (Graphique : JobCloud)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Corona d\u00e9place la recherche d'emploi encore plus loin sur Internet<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis des ann\u00e9es, les demandeurs d'emploi \u00e0 la recherche de leur prochain poste postulent de plus en plus en ligne : L'utilisation de tous les canaux num\u00e9riques a augment\u00e9. Plus de 70% des personnes interrog\u00e9es utilisent des portails d'emploi pour leur recherche, les deux portails suisses les plus connus, jobs.ch et jobup.ch, \u00e9tant \u00e9galement les plus populaires en Suisse al\u00e9manique et romande. La recherche d'emploi via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 (36% en 2021 contre 32% en 2019), les employ\u00e9s de bureau \u00e9tant plus enclins \u00e0 parcourir les m\u00e9dias sociaux \u00e0 la recherche de nouveaux postes (40%). Cette ann\u00e9e, l'environnement personnel a perdu beaucoup de son importance, probablement en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de Corona, qui a rendu impossibles les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de r\u00e9seautage et les d\u00e9jeuners d'affaires. En 2019, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48%) a utilis\u00e9 des contacts personnels, en 2021, ce sont pr\u00e8s de 10% de moins (41%). En Suisse romande, les contacts personnels restent toutefois importants : 47% de toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es misent sur leur r\u00e9seau personnel dans leur recherche d'emploi, contre seulement 40% en Suisse al\u00e9manique. En revanche, les Romands sont beaucoup moins nombreux \u00e0 rechercher des emplois directement sur le site de l'entreprise de leur employeur id\u00e9al (45% contre 54%).
