(Image : zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Avec son travail, Mich\u00e8le Aschwanden, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en \u00e9conomie d'entreprise HWZ, a remport\u00e9 le prix du d\u00e9veloppement durable d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par l'UBS pour les travaux de bachelor exceptionnels de la HWZ Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft Z\u00fcrich. Elle y met en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9fis que le commerce de d\u00e9tail, l'un des secteurs d'emploi les plus importants de l'\u00e9conomie suisse, doit relever, notamment en ce qui concerne la rel\u00e8ve des cadres f\u00e9minins.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Moins d'opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re pour les femmes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En 2016, le Tages-Anzeiger a intitul\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats d'une \u00e9valuation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle \"Les chances de carri\u00e8re des femmes dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail\". Certes, il y a un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 de femmes parmi le personnel des supermarch\u00e9s, mais les filiales sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dirig\u00e9es par des hommes. La syndicaliste Priscilla Imboden a expliqu\u00e9 le faible taux de femmes au niveau de la direction par le fait que les mod\u00e8les alternatifs de travail et de temps partiel sont peu accept\u00e9s dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail au niveau des cadres. Par cons\u00e9quent, apr\u00e8s la naissance de leur premier enfant, la plupart des femmes travaillant dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail ne peuvent plus assumer leur ancienne fonction de cadre et doivent en prendre une autre.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le top partage comme solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le top sharing, dans lequel deux cadres se partagent une fonction dirigeante et assument ensemble des t\u00e2ches et des responsabilit\u00e9s de direction, pourrait y rem\u00e9dier. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude qualitative approfondie men\u00e9e par Mich\u00e8le Aschwanden, titulaire d'un bachelor en \u00e9conomie d'entreprise, montrent que l'introduction du top sharing peut offrir aux jeunes femmes du commerce de d\u00e9tail une toute nouvelle perspective, qui pourrait les motiver \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 long terme dans le secteur alimentaire. L'essentiel est de montrer que le top sharing permet de concilier de mani\u00e8re optimale famille, carri\u00e8re et activit\u00e9s de loisirs.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9venir les connaissances en friche<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le fait que la plupart des femmes travaillant dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail ne puissent pas reprendre leur ancienne fonction de direction apr\u00e8s la naissance de leur premier enfant laisse un pr\u00e9cieux savoir-faire inutilis\u00e9 et rend difficile une r\u00e9insertion ult\u00e9rieure. Certaines entreprises du commerce de d\u00e9tail ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 reconnu le potentiel des postes de direction \u00e0 temps partiel pour les femmes avec enfants et leur permettent de reprendre leur activit\u00e9 de direction. Ainsi, les entreprises continuent \u00e0 utiliser le savoir-faire existant et les femmes cadres peuvent concilier au mieux leur famille et leur carri\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 de direction \u00e0 temps partiel.<\/p>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le Aschwanden a men\u00e9 22 entretiens avec quatre groupes de personnes diff\u00e9rents. La diversit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es est impressionnante : des g\u00e9rantes de filiales de tous \u00e2ges, avec ou sans famille, avec ou sans exp\u00e9rience du top sharing, des jeunes femmes de la rel\u00e8ve, des propri\u00e9taires d'entreprise, des directeurs de vente, des responsables RH, des experts du travail des femmes et de la diversit\u00e9.
