(Image : zVg \/ Felfel)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La jeune entreprise Felfel est d\u00e9sormais connue dans toute la Suisse pour ses r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us et sa logistique \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique : elle peut ainsi livrer aux entreprises sans cantine du personnel des aliments frais et produits de mani\u00e8re durable. Cela a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 une nouvelle forme de restauration moderne pour les collaborateurs. Ce concept doit maintenant \u00eatre \u00e9tendu \u00e0 la consommation de caf\u00e9 au bureau.<\/p>\n<h2>400 coop\u00e9ratives de paysans au P\u00e9rou<\/h2>\n<p>Sous la marque nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e \"Gavetti by Felfel\", le caf\u00e9 est apport\u00e9 dans les bureaux suisses. Il s'agit d'un caf\u00e9 particulier : les grains de caf\u00e9 proviennent de plus de 400 coop\u00e9ratives paysannes du P\u00e9rou, du Nicaragua et du Honduras - dont 120 sont des exploitations exclusivement f\u00e9minines. Pour chaque sac de grains de caf\u00e9 livr\u00e9 depuis les pays d'Am\u00e9rique latine, dix francs sont revers\u00e9s au projet \"Mujeres y Caf\u00e9\", qui soutient les paysannes p\u00e9ruviennes en mati\u00e8re de formation et d'\u00e9quipement de production. \"Les caf\u00e9iculteurs et caf\u00e9icultrices de Gavetti produisent exclusivement du caf\u00e9 biologique, et aucun engrais synth\u00e9tique ou produit chimique n'est utilis\u00e9\", explique Felfel-<br \/>\ncofondatrice Daniela Steiner, \"et elles font partie d'une association de commerce \u00e9quitable\". Les salaires qui peuvent \u00eatre vers\u00e9s aux paysannes de Gavetti sont ainsi sup\u00e9rieurs au niveau moyen.<\/p>\n<h2>La qualit\u00e9 suisse pour les machines \u00e0 caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Le caf\u00e9 Gavetti est \u00e9galement transform\u00e9 sur cette ligne \u00e9cologique, jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il mousse dans la tasse au bureau et diffuse son parfum. La torr\u00e9faction est assur\u00e9e par une entreprise familiale italienne, les machines \u00e0 caf\u00e9 sont produites par un fabricant suisse. Il n'y a pas d'emballages inutiles comme les capsules en aluminium. Le caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 arrive directement dans la machine, le marc de caf\u00e9 est compost\u00e9 et transform\u00e9 en biogaz en Suisse. Les gobelets en papier sont remplac\u00e9s par des tasses en porcelaine et du lait d'avoine v\u00e9g\u00e9talien est disponible en plus du lait de vache suisse.<\/p>\n<h2>Vingt recettes de caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9l\u00e9ment central de l'offre est le service complet : les grains, la torr\u00e9faction et la machine sont mis \u00e0 disposition, elle est livr\u00e9e et nettoy\u00e9e quotidiennement. Au total, la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9 Gavetti propose plus de vingt recettes - du cappuccino au ristretto - qui peuvent \u00eatre arrondies avec du lait de vache ou d'avoine. Mais les machines \u00e0 caf\u00e9 peuvent faire encore plus : gr\u00e2ce au soutien d'une technologie innovante, elles adaptent le d\u00e9bit du caf\u00e9 aux conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques - toujours dans le but de garantir le plaisir ultime du caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>L'offre de Felfel en d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n<p>\"Gavetti by Felfel\" offre \u00e0 ses clients un paquet sans souci.
