C'est ce que veut changer la nouvelle plate-forme suisse de m\u00e9dias financiers elleXX. Elle s'adresse en premier lieu aux femmes, mais se focalise sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9. La plateforme propose un large \u00e9ventail de th\u00e8mes sociaux et financiers. Elle comprend notamment une vaste collection de connaissances qui montre et explique les diff\u00e9rents Gender Financial Gaps. Des listes de contr\u00f4le et des vid\u00e9os explicatives - pour l'instant en allemand et en anglais - compl\u00e8tent l'offre de contenus.<\/p>\n<h2>elleXX avec des produits financiers adapt\u00e9s aux femmes<\/h2>\n<p>Mais la plate-forme ne se contente pas de mettre en \u00e9vidence l'in\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes en mati\u00e8re financi\u00e8re. En collaboration avec des partenaires reconnus du monde de la finance, elleXX a aussi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 concr\u00e8tement des produits financiers en marque blanche favorables aux femmes. Il s'agit par exemple d'un produit d'actions durable et adapt\u00e9 aux femmes, qui sera lanc\u00e9 en coop\u00e9ration avec la Banque Migros. Une solution 3a ainsi qu'un produit de protection juridique devraient \u00e9galement suivre en novembre, qu'elleXX d\u00e9veloppe avec d'autres coop\u00e9rations. Tous les produits peuvent \u00eatre achet\u00e9s directement via elleXX en quelques clics seulement.<\/p>\n<h2>Les trois fondatrices<\/h2>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re elleXX se trouvent trois femmes : Patrizia Laeri (CEO) et Nadine J\u00fcrgensen (COO), journalistes \u00e9conomiques, et Simone Z\u00fcger, directrice de la cr\u00e9ation. \"Nous voulons enfin combler les gender wealth gaps\", explique Patrizia Laeri. \"Ma cofondatrice Nadine J\u00fcrgensen et moi-m\u00eame, en tant que journalistes, avons \u00e9crit et secou\u00e9 les sujets d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et juridique depuis deux d\u00e9cennies, mais nous n'avons jamais fait partie de la solution. Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 enrichir les femmes sur le plan journalistique tout en proposant des solutions utiles sur notre propre plateforme\". La COO et cofondatrice Nadine J\u00fcrgensen poursuit : \"Les femmes vivent plus longtemps, gagnent moins, fournissent la plupart du travail non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 pour la famille et ne travaillent souvent qu'\u00e0 temps partiel. Nous voulons encourager les femmes \u00e0 combler leurs lacunes financi\u00e8res\".<\/p>\n<h2>Importante entreprise d'impact<\/h2>\n<p>Le branding d'elleXX est inhabituel et cr\u00e9atif. La directrice de la cr\u00e9ation et cofondatrice Simone Z\u00fcger explique l'approche exigeante du design comme suit : \"De nombreux sites m\u00e9diatiques et financiers sont con\u00e7us de mani\u00e8re s\u00e8che et peu accueillante. Or, il est crucial de v\u00e9hiculer des \u00e9motions dans l'espace num\u00e9rique, et ce avec un discours cibl\u00e9. Nadine J\u00fcrgensen ajoute : \"Nous nous adressons aux femmes, mais nous n'excluons personne. Les hommes sont \u00e9galement les bienvenus chez nous. L'\u00e9galit\u00e9 ne fonctionne qu'ensemble\". L'agence num\u00e9rique suisse Liip, en forte croissance, a pu \u00eatre engag\u00e9e comme partenaire tech.
