(Illustration : Oculus)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Une nouvelle autoroute s'\u00e9tend sur 330 kilom\u00e8tres de la capitale turque Ankara \u00e0 la province m\u00e9ridionale de Nigde. L'autoroute, qui fait partie du r\u00e9seau routier transeurop\u00e9en, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en service avant la fin attendue du projet. L'Assurance suisse contre les risques \u00e0 l'exportation a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce grand projet d'une valeur totale de 1,5 milliard d'euros. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serv-ch.com\/\">SERV<\/a> a particip\u00e9 au projet. Tant le contractant turc de l'EPC (EPC) du projet que les exportateurs suisses en ont profit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un canal de vente pour les exportateurs suisses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la SERV en mati\u00e8re de structure de financement, l'EPC turc ERG \u0130n\u015faat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.\u015e. a r\u00e9activ\u00e9 sa filiale en Suisse, SSB Sauerwein &amp; Sch\u00e4fer Bau AG (SSB), et l'a dot\u00e9e de gestionnaires de projet exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Il lui fallait en outre r\u00e9pondre aux exigences suisses en mati\u00e8re de cr\u00e9ation de valeur. Pour ce faire, SSB a fait appel \u00e0 des entreprises suisses de renom en tant que sous-traitants du projet pour diverses livraisons et prestations.<\/p>\n<p>Avec son assurance, la SERV ouvre ainsi un canal de vente suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les exportateurs suisses dans la construction d'autoroutes dans diff\u00e9rents domaines ; que ce soit pour la fourniture de services d'ing\u00e9nierie, la livraison de machines de construction ou le d\u00e9veloppement du syst\u00e8me de perception des p\u00e9ages.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'affaire du financement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La SERV a soutenu le projet avec une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serv-ch.com\/produkte\/produktefinanzierung\/kaeuferkreditversicherung\/\">Assurance cr\u00e9dit acheteur<\/a> pour un cr\u00e9dit d'un montant de 130 millions d'euros et d'une longue dur\u00e9e de 13 ans. Pour SSB, cela pr\u00e9sente un grand avantage : la SERV profite de la notation AAA de la Suisse. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette notation, le pr\u00eateur a class\u00e9 le risque de la SERV \u00e0 un niveau minimum. Cela a permis \u00e0 l'ASS d'obtenir un financement extr\u00eamement attractif avec des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat bas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, l'ASS s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour devenir une entreprise suisse prosp\u00e8re et s'est \u00e9tablie en Suisse. Ainsi, d'autres commandes ne se sont pas fait attendre et, en 2021, la SSB a re\u00e7u une promesse de la SERV pour assurer une nouvelle op\u00e9ration d'exportation. Burak Sencer, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral chez SSB, explique : \"Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s de cette affaire et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 notre objectif de devenir une entreprise globale, nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux d'utiliser le dynamisme de l'industrie suisse en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la SERV pour de futures transactions dans le monde entier\".<\/p>\n<h2>Assurance sur mesure<\/h2>\n<p>En tant que membre actif de la communaut\u00e9 internationale du financement des exportations, la SERV met en relation des CPE comme l'ASS et des exportateurs suisses. Ce faisant, elle est ouverte \u00e0 tous les pays, dans le respect des principes de la politique ext\u00e9rieure de la Suisse. En fonction des besoins de l'EPC, elle met en contact les fournisseurs appropri\u00e9s sous diff\u00e9rents formats, allant de n\u00e9gociations bilat\u00e9rales \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements publics de matchmaking. Pour ce faire, les sp\u00e9cialistes de l'ASRE disposent d'un bon r\u00e9seau du paysage suisse de l'exportation et travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les autres acteurs de l'\u00e9conomie d'exportation suisse.
