Un jeune homme, appelons-le Marco, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit sur la plage au changement de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans l'entreprise - et \u00e0 tout ce qui ne va pas dans sa vie... (Image : depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Et c'est ainsi que l'histoire commence : Marco Maurer arrive aux Seychelles. Au d\u00e9but, rien ne laisse pr\u00e9sager des vacances reposantes sur cet archipel paradisiaque de l'oc\u00e9an Indien. Marco s'\u00e9nerve d'abord contre un passager \u00e2g\u00e9, puis contre la r\u00e9ceptionniste de l'h\u00f4tel, et le protagoniste semble avoir accumul\u00e9 pas mal de frustrations. Car il a un probl\u00e8me : il doit reprendre l'entreprise de son p\u00e8re alors qu'il n'en a pas envie. \u00c0 cela s'ajoute sa petite amie, qui le met sous pression en souhaitant se marier et avoir des enfants, mais qui est manifestement plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par son argent. Le voyage de Marco aux Seychelles se r\u00e9v\u00e8le d'abord \u00eatre une fuite devant les responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Rendre une entreprise \"cl\u00e9 en main<\/h2>\n

Mais Rob - justement le passager qui a provoqu\u00e9 Marco en lui disant que sa vie ne consistait qu'en vacances - fait irruption dans sa vie et lui donne un nouveau tournant. Il s'av\u00e8re en effet que Rob est un entrepreneur \u00e0 succ\u00e8s qui dirige son entreprise de mani\u00e8re plut\u00f4t non conventionnelle - en tout cas diff\u00e9rente de ce que Marco conna\u00eet de son p\u00e8re patriarcal. C'est lui qui tire toutes les ficelles, aucune d\u00e9cision n'est prise sans son dernier mot. Et il d\u00e9cide \u00e9galement de la succession de l'entreprise : c'est son fils Marco qui doit s'en charger. Rob invite Marco \u00e0 une myst\u00e9rieuse f\u00eate sur une \u00eele priv\u00e9e. Il s'av\u00e8re que l'entreprise de Rob invite chaque ann\u00e9e l'\u00e9quipe dirigeante \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement luxueux pour \"parler de la situation actuelle dans notre entreprise\", comme Marco l'apprend ensuite sur place. Peu \u00e0 peu, Marco succombe \u00e0 la fascination d'une culture d'entreprise nouvelle pour lui. C'est alors qu'il croise le chemin de Stefanie, une femme tout aussi fascinante. Elle lui r\u00e9v\u00e8le les premiers secrets de la gestion d'entreprise r\u00e9ussie de Rob et l'invite \u00e0 en savoir plus en tant qu'invit\u00e9. Commence alors pour lui ce que l'on pourrait appeler une \"\u00e9cole de la vie\" pour les entrepreneurs sous une forme condens\u00e9e : Marco r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit \u00e0 son r\u00f4le dans l'entreprise de son p\u00e8re, se rem\u00e9more des phrases telles que \"travailler davantage \u00e0 l'AM plut\u00f4t que dans l'entreprise\" ou \"se rendre superflu d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but\" ou encore \"travailler beaucoup n'apporte pas forc\u00e9ment plus d'argent\". Peu \u00e0 peu, Marco d\u00e9couvre la voie \u00e0 suivre pour rendre une entreprise \"cl\u00e9 en main\", c'est-\u00e0-dire pr\u00eate pour un r\u00e8glement de succession. Nous ne d\u00e9voilerons pas ici la d\u00e9cision finale de Marco, si ce n'est que le livre se termine sur un sourire...<\/p>\n

Le changement de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans l'entreprise comme question de gestion optimale de l'entreprise<\/h2>\n

L'auteur Bruno Aregger, qui accompagne lui-m\u00eame des entrepreneurs dans la succession de leur entreprise, traite dans ce \"roman d'affaires\" ses id\u00e9es sur une entreprise g\u00e9r\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re optimale. L'intrigue cadre est habilement choisie : Un fils d'entrepreneur frustr\u00e9 est jet\u00e9 presque par hasard de \"l'enfer\" d'une entreprise dirig\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re patriarcale dans le \"paradis\" d'une culture d'entreprise o\u00f9 tout semble aller pour le mieux : les relations entre les collaborateurs, un haut degr\u00e9 de responsabilit\u00e9 personnelle de tous, des hi\u00e9rarchies plates, un m\u00e9lange sain de motivation intrins\u00e8que et extrins\u00e8que des personnes cl\u00e9s, qui sont toutes moins des \"chefs\" que des \"coachs\" et des \"mentors\". Sans oublier un peu de romantisme et d'informations sur le pays des Seychelles. Les personnages - parfois peut-\u00eatre un peu clich\u00e9s - sont clairement dessin\u00e9s : Marco, frustr\u00e9, qui sait qu'il doit reprendre une entreprise qui ne lui convient pas du tout, Rob, jovial, qui montre \u00e0 quel point l'entrepreneuriat peut \u00eatre amusant. Et puis Stefanie, \"l'ange sauveur\", qui prend Marco par la main, lui transmet de nouvelles connaissances, d'autres points de vue et, finalement, les connaissances qui conduisent Marco \u00e0 sa d\u00e9cision. Le p\u00e8re de Marco, que l'on peut consid\u00e9rer comme l'incarnation des id\u00e9es d\u00e9pass\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer une entreprise, et la m\u00e8re de Marco, qui s'est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 temps des contraintes d'une entreprise familiale en divor\u00e7ant et en cr\u00e9ant une start-up, jouent \u00e9galement leur r\u00f4le sur le chemin de Marco vers un entrepreneur \"optimal\".<\/p>\n

Un roman en tant que non-fiction<\/h2>\n

Conclusion apr\u00e8s la lecture : Le livre de Bruno Aregger est un guide pour les entrepreneurs qui se trouvent eux-m\u00eames \u00e0 la veille d'un changement de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans leur entreprise ou \u00e0 un carrefour entrepreneurial. Malgr\u00e9 une trame \"romantique\", il s'agit d'un livre de fond, mais qui est certainement plus divertissant \u00e0 lire que bien d'autres ouvrages sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sur des th\u00e8mes tels que la gestion d'entreprise, la succession, la culture d'entreprise, etc. En effet, les aspects \u00e9motionnels d'une succession d'entreprise et les messages importants pour y faire face peuvent \u00eatre transmis de mani\u00e8re id\u00e9ale sous la forme d'une \"romance \u00e9conomique\". Un bon esprit dans l'entreprise<\/a> n'est pas forc\u00e9ment une chim\u00e8re, ni une utopie ; les conseils pratiques pour le quotidien des entreprises, que Bruno Aregger int\u00e8gre dans une trame, sont praticables et r\u00e9alisables - mais n\u00e9cessitent, comme pour le personnage principal, un changement de l'\u00e9tat d'esprit personnel. Le livre, facile \u00e0 lire sous cette forme, aurait toutefois m\u00e9rit\u00e9 une r\u00e9daction un peu plus soign\u00e9e. Mais cela pourra \u00eatre fait lors d'une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition, car le livre m\u00e9rite vraiment de l'\u00eatre.<\/p>\n
