A quel point \u00eates-vous heureux en tant que leader ? Je vous l'accorde : La question peut vous para\u00eetre \u00e9trange. Rares sont ceux qui associent le \"bonheur\" au leadership. Et ce, \u00e0 tort. Car si vous acceptez toutes les contraintes et les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires qui vont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de pair avec les postes de direction, vous ne voulez pas \u00eatre malheureux en plus, n'est-ce pas ?<\/p>\n

Pourquoi ne pas \u00eatre heureux en tant que leader ?<\/h2>\n

Il y en a beaucoup qui ne se laissent pas aller \u00e0 cette r\u00e9flexion. J'aime demander \u00e0 mes clients au d\u00e9but de notre collaboration : \"\u00cates-vous heureux dans ce que vous faites ?\" Ou encore une autre remarque : si vous demandez aux parents ce qu'ils souhaitent le plus pour leurs enfants, la r\u00e9ponse num\u00e9ro un est : \"Qu'ils soient heureux !\".<\/p>\n

Alors, si le plus important pour nous est que nos proches soient heureux, pourquoi ne pas le faire aussi dans le domaine du leadership ? Et en cette p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e, l'id\u00e9e me semble \u00e9vidente.<\/p>\n

Trois id\u00e9es pour augmenter le sentiment de bonheur<\/h2>\n

Alors : \u00eates-vous heureux dans ce que vous faites au travail ? Et les membres de votre \u00e9quipe le sont-ils ? Car si vous et vos collaborateurs l'\u00eates, tout le monde sera plus performant et aura plus de plaisir \u00e0 le faire.<\/p>\n

Alors, comment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 augmenter le sentiment de bonheur pour soi et pour les autres ? Voici trois choses que vous pouvez appliquer imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n

  1. L'un des leviers les plus simples pour rendre les autres heureux est de leur faire sentir qu'ils sont importants. Ou inversement : si les gens sont malheureux, c'est souvent parce qu'ils se consid\u00e8rent comme peu importants et qu'ils ne sont pas reconnus. Si vous \u00eates vous-m\u00eame dans un environnement o\u00f9 vous n'\u00eates pas reconnu et que vous ne pouvez pas changer cela, il est temps de quitter cet environnement. Alors, dites et montrez souvent \u00e0 vos proches \u00e0 quel point ils sont importants.<\/li>\n
  2. La croissance personnelle. Les gens sont souvent malheureux parce qu'ils ne se d\u00e9veloppent gu\u00e8re. La croissance personnelle est un levier tr\u00e8s puissant pour plus d'\u00e9panouissement et de bonheur. Fixez-vous donc, \u00e0 vous et \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe, des objectifs concrets de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, et pas seulement sur des sujets professionnels.<\/li>\n
  3. Faire le bien. La recherche sur le bonheur r\u00e9v\u00e8le r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que peu de choses rendent aussi heureux \u00e0 long terme que de faire du bien aux autres. Il peut s'agir de choses immat\u00e9rielles comme la confiance, le soutien, la reconnaissance, les compliments et ainsi de suite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Voici trois id\u00e9es pour vous rendre plus heureux, vous et votre \u00e9quipe. Ce n'est pas une mauvaise id\u00e9e pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e, n'est-ce pas ?<\/p>\n
