Le terme \"commerce social\" englobe ici l'ensemble de l'exp\u00e9rience d'achat d'une personne, de la d\u00e9couverte du produit jusqu'\u00e0 l'ex\u00e9cution finale de l'achat, qui se d\u00e9roule sur une plate-forme de m\u00e9dias sociaux. Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (64%) des utilisateurs de m\u00e9dias sociaux interrog\u00e9s ont indiqu\u00e9 avoir effectu\u00e9 un achat de commerce social l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, ce qui correspond, selon Accenture, \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de deux milliards de consommateurs de commerce social dans le monde.<\/p>\n<h2>La pand\u00e9mie alimente aussi les achats sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/h2>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a montr\u00e9 une fois de plus que les plateformes sociales servent de point d'entr\u00e9e pour les activit\u00e9s en ligne et que les utilisateurs y consomment des informations, des offres de divertissement et de communication. L'augmentation continue du temps pass\u00e9 par les utilisateurs sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux souligne l'importance des plateformes en ligne dans la vie quotidienne. Cela influence \u00e9galement le comportement d'achat des gens. Parall\u00e8lement, 64% et 57% des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent qu'elles ach\u00e8teraient plut\u00f4t quelque chose pour elles-m\u00eames lorsqu'elles ach\u00e8tent sur des plates-formes de commerce social, en tenant compte des m\u00eames vendeurs ou influenceurs. Cela confirme l'importance et le potentiel d'un positionnement correct sur les plateformes de commerce social.<br \/>\n\"Le commerce social peut faciliter l'approche cr\u00e9ative des clients pour les petites marques et les entrepreneurs individuels, tout en obligeant les grandes marques \u00e0 repenser leurs strat\u00e9gies traditionnelles en mati\u00e8re de commerce \u00e9lectronique\", explique David Holtmann, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d'Accenture pour les biens et services de consommation. \"Pour bien g\u00e9rer le commerce social, il faut que les fabricants, les vendeurs et les marques apportent leurs produits et leurs services l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvent et se trouveront les consommateurs. Il en r\u00e9sulte un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me dynamique dans lequel les plates-formes, les places de march\u00e9, les m\u00e9dias sociaux et les influenceurs interagissent. Les donn\u00e9es et l'expertise doivent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es. C'est la seule fa\u00e7on de cr\u00e9er les bonnes incitations pour les clients et d'offrir la meilleure exp\u00e9rience client sur une place de march\u00e9 num\u00e9rique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e\".<\/p>\n<h2>Cr\u00e9er la confiance<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la tendance \u00e0 la hausse des achats sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, la moiti\u00e9 des utilisateurs de m\u00e9dias sociaux interrog\u00e9s s'inqui\u00e8tent du fait que les achats ne soient pas suffisamment prot\u00e9g\u00e9s ou rembours\u00e9s en cas de besoin. Cependant, les fournisseurs qui se concentrent sur ces pr\u00e9occupations des consommateurs sont mieux plac\u00e9s pour gagner des parts de march\u00e9\".<\/p>\n<h2>Qui ach\u00e8te quoi dans le cadre du shopping sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ?<\/h2>\n<p>Accenture estime que d'ici 2025, la plupart des achats via les m\u00e9dias sociaux dans le monde concerneront les v\u00eatements (18%), l'\u00e9lectronique grand public (13%) et le linge de maison (7%). En Chine, les produits alimentaires frais et les snacks font \u00e9galement partie des grandes cat\u00e9gories de produits avec une part de 13%. Le secteur des cosm\u00e9tiques et des soins corporels est certes moins important en termes de chiffre d'affaires total dans le commerce social, mais il gagnera rapidement du terrain par rapport au commerce \u00e9lectronique classique.
