Cette transaction par le groupe d'assurance luxembourgeois fait suite \u00e0 la reprise des activit\u00e9s d'assurance d'UBS. Octium d\u00e9clare disposer d\u00e9sormais d'un actif d'assurance vie de plus de 10 milliards d'euros, d'une pr\u00e9sence croissante en Europe avec des sites \u00e0 Luxembourg, Dublin, Vaduz, Zurich et Milan, ainsi que d'une \u00e9quipe sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de plus de 75 collaborateurs. Avec un ratio de solvabilit\u00e9 de ses deux entit\u00e9s d'assurance de plus de 170% (au 30.09.2021), Octium est un groupe hautement capitalis\u00e9 dans le secteur de l'assurance vie transfrontali\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>\"Un partenaire de confiance\"<\/h2>\n<p>Du point de vue des clients, des produits et de la distribution, cette acquisition compl\u00e8te l'activit\u00e9 existante tout en rev\u00eatant une importance strat\u00e9gique pour les plans de d\u00e9veloppement futurs, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.
