(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ce sont encore majoritairement des hommes qui cr\u00e9ent des entreprises. Pourtant, les femmes entrepreneurs gagnent du terrain sur la sc\u00e8ne de la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise. C'est ce que montre l'\u00e9tude \"Female Entrepreneurship : la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise par les femmes en point de mire\", r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour la troisi\u00e8me fois apr\u00e8s 1999 et 2009 par la Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que la part des femmes cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise a doubl\u00e9 au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour atteindre 31,6 pour cent. Entre-temps, pr\u00e8s d'une entreprise sur trois est donc cr\u00e9\u00e9e par une femme.<\/p>\n<h2>Les cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise sont diff\u00e9rentes...<\/h2>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise, les femmes se distinguent toutefois des hommes sur certains points. Ainsi, les femmes cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise sont moins souvent \u00e2g\u00e9es de 50 ans et plus. De plus, elles sont moins souvent dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es de l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Toutefois, l'\u00e9tude estime que cela devrait s'\u00e9quilibrer en raison de la majorit\u00e9 actuelle des femmes dans les universit\u00e9s. Les donn\u00e9es montrent \u00e9galement que les femmes sont plus prudentes dans la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise. Elles se pr\u00e9parent mieux et plus intens\u00e9ment lorsqu'il s'agit des diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes de la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise, ont plus d'activit\u00e9s annexes et cr\u00e9ent des entreprises plus petites et moins innovantes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content__element\">\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, les cr\u00e9atrices et les cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise estiment avoir r\u00e9ussi et envisagent l'avenir de mani\u00e8re positive. Il existe une diff\u00e9rence marquante en ce qui concerne le salaire des fondatrices. Celui-ci est dans 72% des cas inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d'un emploi salari\u00e9 comparable, alors qu'il n'est que de 52% pour les fondateurs. Il n'en reste pas moins que les cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise affichent un niveau de satisfaction \u00e9lev\u00e9. En effet, elles estiment avoir atteint leurs objectifs : exercer une activit\u00e9 utile, \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendantes et se r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<h2>L'entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin a besoin d'\u00eatre davantage encourag\u00e9<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tout va donc pour le mieux ? Pas tout \u00e0 fait, selon les auteurs de l'\u00e9tude. Il y a encore des progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire. Il faut davantage de mod\u00e8les f\u00e9minins dans le milieu des start-ups et dans les m\u00e9dias. Celles-ci pourraient contribuer \u00e0 la sensibilisation \u00e0 l'entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin. \"L'\u00e9tude constate qu'il est n\u00e9cessaire d'impliquer les acteurs et actrices les plus divers dans l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial. Il faut continuer \u00e0 briser les r\u00f4les traditionnels et les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes sexistes afin de cr\u00e9er une affinit\u00e9 naturelle tant pour l'ind\u00e9pendance que pour les professions dans les secteurs \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation. Les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par la num\u00e9risation aux femmes cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u00e9vidence il y a environ un an. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/unternehmerinnen-in-einer-digitalen-welt-chancen-und-herausforderungen\/\">une \u00e9tude d'une autre haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e<\/a> examin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9duire les inhibitions<\/h2>\n<p>En plus de la sensibilisation, des mesures sont n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9charger les femmes des t\u00e2ches familiales. En effet, la cr\u00e9ation d'une entreprise n\u00e9cessite des ressources qui ne sont pas toujours faciles \u00e0 concilier avec la vie de famille. Il est donc logique de proposer davantage d'offres de garde d'enfants et d'associer le partenaire \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche. Il est \u00e9galement souhaitable d'encourager davantage les programmes destin\u00e9s aux femmes cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise. Enfin, les femmes elles-m\u00eames devraient mieux exploiter leur propre potentiel entrepreneurial : selon l'\u00e9tude, l'entretien d'un r\u00e9seau, la recherche de cofondateurs ou l'externalisation de travaux pourraient aider \u00e0 surmonter les d\u00e9ficits de connaissances ou les incertitudes et \u00e0 compenser les fluctuations des commandes.
