(Image : Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate salariale du cabinet de recrutement Michael Page conclut que les salaires des patrons seront les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en 2022 dans les secteurs de la banque, de la finance et de la sant\u00e9. Ainsi, les salaires des chefs dans le domaine du marketing et de la vente sont \u00e9galement nettement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 200 000 CHF par an (par exemple, un chef des ventes et du marketing peut compter en moyenne sur 270 000 CHF dans son portefeuille salarial). Et dans le domaine strat\u00e9giquement important des achats et de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement, les salaires sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s, selon la branche. Ainsi, un responsable des achats dans l'industrie m\u00e9dicale\/pharmaceutique gagne en moyenne environ 275 000 francs. Les salaires des chefs de PME se situent plut\u00f4t \u00e0 l'autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9chelle : un directeur financier dispose d'un salaire moyen de 190 000 francs (en comparaison, le salaire d'un CFO d'une multinationale est en moyenne de 360 000 francs).<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la reprise \u00e9conomique et la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e, la majorit\u00e9 des salaires restent stables, conclut Michael Page en r\u00e9sum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Le march\u00e9 suisse de l'emploi va continuer \u00e0 cro\u00eetre<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude pr\u00e9voit que le march\u00e9 de l'emploi suisse continuera \u00e0 cro\u00eetre en 2022 malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie. Selon Michael Page, le nombre de postes publi\u00e9s a augment\u00e9 de 39% entre janvier et d\u00e9cembre 2021. IT-Cloud et Dev Ops (+195%), Procurement &amp; Supply Chain (+55%) et Healthcare &amp; Life Sciences (+39%) font partie des secteurs qui ont connu la plus forte croissance l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9, les restrictions dues aux budgets et la demande croissante de conditions de travail flexibles de la part des candidats ont en outre entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation de 42 % des postes temporaires mis au concours.<\/p>\n<h2>Les salaires des chefs ne suffisent pas \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser les cadres<\/h2>\n<p>Yannick Coulange, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de PageGroup Suisse, d\u00e9clare : \"Le recrutement et la fid\u00e9lisation des talents resteront un d\u00e9fi en 2022. C'est pourquoi les entreprises doivent miser sur des strat\u00e9gies de recrutement vari\u00e9es pour gagner la bataille des talents. Cela peut signifier offrir aux collaborateurs un environnement de travail flexible, des discussions authentiques sur le plan de carri\u00e8re ou des possibilit\u00e9s de formation et de perfectionnement\". En d'autres termes, tout ne passe pas par des salaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s de chef.<\/p>\n<h2>La flexibilit\u00e9 est la priorit\u00e9 absolue<\/h2>\n<p>L'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Michael Page aupr\u00e8s de 22 300 candidats en Suisse r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les entreprises qui offrent des possibilit\u00e9s de travail flexibles attirent les meilleurs candidats. Ces possibilit\u00e9s comprennent par exemple le travail \u00e0 domicile, un environnement de travail hybride ainsi que la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler sur une base horaire ou en tant que freelance.
