Dans le cadre de l'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par JobCloud via jobs.ch et jobup.ch, plus de 10 000 travailleurs ainsi que 800 entreprises en Suisse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur l'influence de la crise de la coronellose sur l'emploi\/la recherche d'emploi ou sur la recherche de personnel. La vaccination COVID a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9e. Ainsi, plus de deux tiers de toutes les entreprises interrog\u00e9es en Suisse seraient favorables \u00e0 ce que tous leurs collaborateurs soient vaccin\u00e9s contre le virus COVID19. Seul un peu moins de 10% des entreprises sont contre la vaccination des collaborateurs. Il n'y a pas de diff\u00e9rence significative en fonction de la taille de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs se sentent en moins bonne sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La crise de la Corona semble avoir eu un impact important sur la sant\u00e9 des travailleurs. En effet, 41% des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent se sentir moins bien physiquement depuis la crise, alors que seuls 13% des personnes interrog\u00e9es se sentent mieux physiquement. La plupart (46%) se sentent cependant aussi bien qu'avant la crise. L'impact sur la sant\u00e9 mentale est encore plus important. Ainsi, une personne sur deux se plaint d'\u00eatre dans un \u00e9tat mental plus mauvais qu'avant la crise. Chez les personnes interrog\u00e9es en Suisse romande, l'influence sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique est encore plus importante et les femmes ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement encore plus souffert de la crise sur le plan de la sant\u00e9 que les hommes. En revanche, l'impact n\u00e9gatif sur la sant\u00e9 est moins important pour les emplois de bureau, ce qui contraste avec les professions qui sont davantage touch\u00e9es par la crise, comme le tourisme ou le secteur de la sant\u00e9. \"Ces chiffres montrent qu'il est actuellement particuli\u00e8rement important de veiller au bon fonctionnement de la gestion de la sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs au sein de l'entreprise. Les collaborateurs devraient \u00eatre encadr\u00e9s le mieux possible, m\u00eame lorsqu'ils travaillent \u00e0 domicile, un bon \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e devrait \u00eatre garanti et une aide psychologique devrait \u00eatre propos\u00e9e en cas de probl\u00e8mes mentaux\", explique Davide Villa, CEO de JobCloud.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La recherche de personnel est rest\u00e9e la m\u00eame ou est devenue plus difficile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les deux parties - recruteurs et demandeurs d'emploi - estiment que la recherche de personnel ou d'emploi est identique ou plus difficile qu'avant la crise. Concr\u00e8tement, selon l'enqu\u00eate actuelle, 56% des entreprises estiment que les d\u00e9fis sont rest\u00e9s \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s les m\u00eames et 30% consid\u00e8rent que la recherche de personnel est plus difficile. Les moyennes et grandes entreprises ont plus de mal \u00e0 recruter des collaborateurs (36% et 34%).
