(Image : zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La start-up fintech Aequitec a nomm\u00e9 un homme issu de ses propres rangs comme nouveau CEO. Le Dr Christian Wilk, cofondateur et ancien CPO d'Aequitec, est responsable de la direction de l'entreprise suisse depuis le 1er janvier 2022. Fond\u00e9e en 2020, Aequitec a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une plateforme logicielle permettant aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anonymes de num\u00e9riser leurs processus sociaux. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anonymes ont ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 d'automatiser les corporate actions et de les repr\u00e9senter num\u00e9riquement. Cela leur permet par exemple de tenir leurs assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de mani\u00e8re num\u00e9rique ou hybride et de num\u00e9riser leur registre des actions avec une connexion mondiale au syst\u00e8me financier bancaire.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9velopper une application fonctionnelle en quelques mois<\/h2>\n<p>Christian Wilk apporte au poste de CEO sa longue expertise dans les domaines du d\u00e9veloppement commercial, de la gestion de projets et de la transformation num\u00e9rique, qu'il a acquise entre autres en tant que conseiller de banques universelles et d'investissement, ainsi que dans le cadre de projets avec R3 et Deon Digital \u00e0 Londres et Zurich. L'ancien CEO et fondateur, Johannes Schneebacher, reprend dans la foul\u00e9e le r\u00f4le de pl\u00e9nipotentiaire du conseil d'administration. Il avait fond\u00e9 Aequitec en 2020 - apr\u00e8s une longue carri\u00e8re de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la S\u00fcdtiroler Volksbank - avec Christian Wilk et Deon Digital AG et peut se targuer d'une phase de d\u00e9marrage r\u00e9ussie. Sous sa direction, une id\u00e9e est ainsi devenue en quelques mois une application fonctionnelle qui, apr\u00e8s une phase de test r\u00e9ussie, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s par les premiers clients.<\/p>\n<h2>Le passage de t\u00e9moin ouvre la voie \u00e0 la poursuite de la croissance<\/h2>\n<p>Avec le passage de t\u00e9moin, Aequitec AG se positionne encore plus largement pour l'avenir. Ainsi, Christian Wilk devra poursuivre la croissance d'Aequitec gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses comp\u00e9tences professionnelles dans le d\u00e9veloppement de logiciels et \u00e0 son esprit de startup, et mettre son savoir-faire au service de la poursuite du d\u00e9veloppement de la plateforme d'Aequitec. Johannes Schneebacher se consacrera \u00e0 l'avenir davantage \u00e0 l'orientation et au d\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9giques, comme le d\u00e9veloppement de partenariats et la poursuite du financement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous voulons offrir \u00e0 nos clients et partenaires des solutions innovantes pour l'administration des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d'aujourd'hui.
