(Image : Swisscom)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Un prestataire de services de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications prend au s\u00e9rieux la neutralit\u00e9 climatique : le matin du 25 f\u00e9vrier 2022, le CEO de Swisscom Urs Schaeppi a post\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o sur TikTok, la premi\u00e8re vid\u00e9o diffus\u00e9e sur le r\u00e9seau de Swisscom qui soit enti\u00e8rement neutre pour le climat, selon ses propres dires. Son message : \"Notre r\u00e9seau est climatiquement neutre. Pas un jour, mais d\u00e8s maintenant\". Quiconque t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, diffuse en streaming ou surfe chez Swisscom le fait donc d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de mani\u00e8re climatiquement neutre - automatiquement et sans frais suppl\u00e9mentaires. \"Nous assumons notre responsabilit\u00e9 envers notre environnement et allons continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notre engagement\", annonce encore Urs Schaeppi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le reste du CO<sub>2 <\/sub>des appareils vendus est compens\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Swisscom est une entreprise climatiquement neutre depuis 2020 d\u00e9j\u00e0 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque par le magazine World Finance comme \"Most Sustainable Company in the Telecommunication Industry 2020\". De gros efforts ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision : Ainsi, Swisscom exploite depuis plus de dix ans l'ensemble de son r\u00e9seau avec 100% d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable issue de l'\u00e9nergie hydraulique, solaire et \u00e9olienne. D\u00e9sormais, les \u00e9missions restantes de la fabrication, du transport et de l'installation des composants du r\u00e9seau sont \u00e9galement compens\u00e9es, comme l'indique l'entreprise. Swisscom propose donc d\u00e9sormais des produits totalement neutres pour le climat. Mais les appareils vendus sont eux aussi d\u00e9sormais totalement neutres pour le climat : les \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Les \u00e9missions r\u00e9siduelles provenant de la fabrication, du transport, de l'utilisation et de l'\u00e9limination sont compens\u00e9es sans suppl\u00e9ment de prix pour les clients. Les produits propres \u00e0 Swisscom (routeurs Internet, d\u00e9codeurs TV, etc.) sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 neutres pour le climat depuis des ann\u00e9es. Pour ce faire, Swisscom collabore avec des partenaires de compensation s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et met l'accent sur des projets qui permettent de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> compenser.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surfer et streamer sans impact sur le climat ne suffit pas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le fait que les terminaux ne soient pas les seuls \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> mais qu'il est d\u00e9sormais possible de surfer et de streamer sans impact sur le climat, repr\u00e9sente, selon Swisscom, une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans son engagement pour la protection du climat. L'entreprise ne veut toutefois pas en rester l\u00e0 et continue donc \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions. D'ici 2025, l'entreprise souhaite atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 climatique sur l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur, c'est-\u00e0-dire compenser \u00e9galement les trajets domicile-travail des collaborateurs. Gr\u00e2ce aux services intelligents Work, \u00e0 l'IOT et \u00e0 d'autres solutions innovantes pour les clients, l'entreprise de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications pr\u00e9voit m\u00eame de r\u00e9duire chaque ann\u00e9e de plus d'un million de tonnes les \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> de plus que ce qui est produit.
