La m\u00e9thode SFM<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Le site M\u00e9thode SFM (SFM = Solution Finder Model)<\/a> est utilis\u00e9 comme mod\u00e8le d'analyse dans la pens\u00e9e convergente, c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'il doit apporter de la clart\u00e9 quant aux variantes de solutions. Elle part d'un probl\u00e8me pour lequel une solution doit \u00eatre trouv\u00e9e. Cette m\u00e9thode a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en 2009 \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \u00e0 distance Suisse par une \u00e9quipe de recherche du p\u00f4le de recherche eCollaboration en tant qu'instrument collaboratif de recherche de solutions et a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e depuis lors avec succ\u00e8s dans de nombreux projets. La m\u00e9thode SFM fonctionne de la mani\u00e8re suivante : un th\u00e8me est d'abord class\u00e9 et identifi\u00e9 comme besoin, objectif ou solution. Ensuite, des questions appropri\u00e9es permettent de v\u00e9rifier si cette hypoth\u00e8se permet d'int\u00e9grer la cha\u00eene \"besoin-objectif-solution\" dans une unit\u00e9. Il est important de noter qu'un besoin doit avoir un objectif et qu'une solution doit \u00eatre trouv\u00e9e pour cet objectif. Cette solution doit \u00e0 son tour r\u00e9pondre au besoin initial. Ce n'est que lorsque la relation triangulaire peut \u00eatre \u00e9tablie en fonction du sens que la solution peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une solution adapt\u00e9e au probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Smart Uffi - le bureau intelligent du futur<\/strong><\/p>\n

La m\u00e9thode SFM a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s dans de nombreux projets diff\u00e9rents, comme le projet \"Smart Uffi\" (Smart Office). Il s'agit d'un projet de recherche que la FFHS m\u00e8ne en collaboration avec la SUPSI (Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du Tessin). Il s'agit de d\u00e9terminer quelles solutions doivent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre pour obtenir ce que l'on appelle un \"Smart Office\", c'est-\u00e0-dire un bureau intelligent.<\/p>\n

Dans ce sens, Smart doit \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re suivante (Conf\u00e9rence sur l'avenir de Fraunhofer 2015 \u00e0 Stuttgart) :<\/p>\n

  1. L'op\u00e9rateur devient le serviteur - la technique reconna\u00eet ce que quelqu'un veut et agit directement, sans demander. <\/em>Par exemple, j'arrive au bureau le soir, l'ordinateur portable d\u00e9marre imm\u00e9diatement et se connecte \u00e0 un forum o\u00f9 l'on attend de moi une r\u00e9ponse pour ce soir. Je n'ai pas \u00e0 me soucier de la connexion au forum, ni du nom d'utilisateur ou du mot de passe - tout est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat. Je peux commencer \u00e0 travailler.<\/li>\n
  2. Les choses ne n\u00e9cessitent pas d'intervention humaine. <\/em>Par exemple, je suis en d\u00e9placement et j'utilise un ordinateur portable avec une connexion WLAN \u00e0 Internet. Lorsque je change de lieu, l'ordinateur portable se connecte automatiquement aux r\u00e9seaux WLAN, sans que je doive s\u00e9lectionner ou taper quoi que ce soit.<\/li>\n
  3. Le choix entre plusieurs options d'action se fait de mani\u00e8re flexible et en fonction du contexte. <\/em>Par exemple, je me suis absent\u00e9 trois jours pour cause de vacances. Pendant ce temps, je re\u00e7ois une demande concernant un projet auquel j'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 consacr\u00e9 beaucoup de temps et que j'aimerais traiter. Je re\u00e7ois un SMS sur mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable et je n'ai qu'\u00e0 confirmer bri\u00e8vement ma participation - ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un e-mail de r\u00e9ponse. Les autres e-mails et demandes qui ne me concernent pas \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 sont retenus et attendent que je revienne au bureau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Les d\u00e9clarations suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies dans le cadre d'une enqu\u00eate du projet Smart Uffi \u00e0 la FFHS et ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 soumises \u00e0 une analyse SFM en attribuant les diff\u00e9rentes d\u00e9clarations d'un groupe aux besoins, objectifs ou solutions. On a ensuite tent\u00e9 d'\u00e9tablir les relations entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n

    Dans le graphique, il est possible de trouver une solution (en vert, en trait plein) ; pour le besoin \"bureau trop petit\", il est possible de trouver un objectif (soutien du propre bien-\u00eatre) et d'attribuer une solution (plus de zones de bureau ouvertes) - la solution soutient r\u00e9troactivement \u00e0 nouveau le besoin. Le triangle de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments peut donc \u00eatre ferm\u00e9 et repr\u00e9sente ainsi une solution r\u00e9elle et durable.<\/p>\n

    Pour le besoin de \"travailler debout\", on peut certes trouver un objectif (son propre bien-\u00eatre), mais il n'existe pas encore de solution. Elle doit donc \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e : Par exemple, il serait possible d'installer une table haute avec des chaises hautes, ce qui permettrait de travailler debout ou assis (ou de fa\u00e7on mixte) \u00e0 la m\u00eame table. Cela r\u00e9pondrait \u00e0 un autre besoin (mobilier trop rigide), car la solution (debout ou assis, ou les deux \u00e0 plusieurs) permettrait d'augmenter la flexibilit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre personnel.<\/p>\n

    Le souhait d'avoir \"son propre iPad\" ne repr\u00e9sente pas un besoin, mais d\u00e9j\u00e0 une solution (puisqu'il s'agit d'un instrument). Il n'est toutefois pas possible de lui attribuer un objectif ou un besoin, de sorte que ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent encore \u00eatre recherch\u00e9s. S'ils sont trouv\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re pertinente, un iPad peut tout \u00e0 fait \u00eatre une solution.<\/p>\n

    Se rapprocher pas \u00e0 pas du bureau intelligent<\/strong><\/p>\n

    De cette mani\u00e8re, il sera possible de se rapprocher petit \u00e0 petit du bureau intelligent du futur en accordant les besoins et les objectifs de ses utilisateurs. Pour commencer, quelques solutions s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es par l'analyse SFM, seront donc mises en \u0153uvre dans la pratique des deux partenaires du projet.<\/p>\n
