A l'occasion de la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme, le 8 mars, skyguide confie la majorit\u00e9 du ciel suisse aux contr\u00f4leuses de la circulation a\u00e9rienne. (Image : Skyguide)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A l'occasion de la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme, l'espace a\u00e9rien suisse sera pour une fois principalement dirig\u00e9 par des contr\u00f4leuses de la circulation a\u00e9rienne. Cela signifie que les pilotes qui atterriront et d\u00e9colleront le mardi 8 mars 2022 dans l'un des 14 a\u00e9roports ou a\u00e9rodromes de Suisse seront en grande partie dirig\u00e9s par des voix f\u00e9minines. En effet, lors de la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme, ce sont majoritairement des femmes qui travaillent dans la surveillance de l'espace a\u00e9rien, dans les tours de contr\u00f4le des a\u00e9roports internationaux de Zurich et de Gen\u00e8ve ainsi que dans les tours de contr\u00f4le des a\u00e9rodromes r\u00e9gionaux. Ainsi, lors de la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme du 8 mars 2022, 50 contr\u00f4leuses de la circulation a\u00e9rienne seront \u00e0 l'\u0153uvre tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Une proportion croissante de femmes chez Skyguide<\/h2>\n

A l'occasion de la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme, skyguide montre donc que m\u00eame dans des secteurs \"masculins\" comme l'aviation, les collaboratrices jouent un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important. La proportion de femmes chez Skyguide n'a cess\u00e9 d'augmenter ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Actuellement, pr\u00e8s d'un poste sur quatre est occup\u00e9 par une femme. En outre, deux femmes font partie du Comit\u00e9 de direction et trois du Conseil d'administration. Ces chiffres montrent que l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances est v\u00e9cue, encourag\u00e9e et renforc\u00e9e chez Skyguide, par exemple avec le travail \u00e0 temps partiel, le home-office ou le job-sharing.<\/p>\n

Faire un geste pour la Journ\u00e9e internationale de la femme 2022<\/h2>\n

\"Nous constatons que les discussions au sein d'\u00e9quipes mixtes sont plus dynamiques et plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. Il en r\u00e9sulte des discussions plus concert\u00e9es, qui d\u00e9bouchent finalement sur de meilleures d\u00e9cisions. Plus la diversit\u00e9 est grande, plus les chances de succ\u00e8s d'une entreprise sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es\", explique Alex Bristol, CEO de Skyguide. L'entreprise de contr\u00f4le a\u00e9rien, qui f\u00eate cette ann\u00e9e son centenaire, promeut la diversit\u00e9 depuis pr\u00e8s de dix ans.
