Le rapport de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'environnement (OFEV<\/a>), qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 Rapport<\/a> \"Traitement des sites contamin\u00e9s sur la bonne voie - \u00e9tat des investigations, de la surveillance et de l'assainissement\" pr\u00e9sente l'\u00e9tat d'avancement des quelque 38 000 sites recens\u00e9s en Suisse sur ces points. Les cadastres des cantons et de diff\u00e9rents services f\u00e9d\u00e9raux ont servi de base \u00e0 cet aper\u00e7u. Un bon 10% des sites peuvent repr\u00e9senter un danger pour l'homme et l'environnement et doivent \u00eatre assainis, comme l'\u00e9crit l'OFEV. Les co\u00fbts totaux pour le traitement des sites contamin\u00e9s sont estim\u00e9s \u00e0 environ 5 milliards de francs, selon les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Des sites vari\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans le rapport,18 exemples de cas provenant de toute la Suisse montrent \u00e0 quel point les sites sont diff\u00e9rents en termes de situation, de taille ou de polluants. Mis \u00e0 part les grandes d\u00e9charges connues comme K\u00f6lliken<\/a> en Argovie ou Bonfol dans le Jura, qui n\u00e9cessitent des assainissements co\u00fbteux et complexes, il existe un grand nombre de sites pour lesquels aucune mesure n'est n\u00e9cessaire ou pour lesquels une analyse est d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisante, comme l'indique \u00e9galement l'OFEV.<\/p>\n

Depuis l'entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l'ordonnance sur les sites contamin\u00e9s en 1998, la Suisse a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait beaucoup de progr\u00e8s dans le traitement des sites contamin\u00e9s et se trouve actuellement \u00e0 mi-chemin. Mais selon l'OFEV, tous les acteurs concern\u00e9s doivent encore fournir de gros efforts pour que les 4000 sites contamin\u00e9s soient assainis comme pr\u00e9vu d'ici 2040.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
