Le partage existe depuis la nuit des temps, bien avant que de nouveaux mod\u00e8les commerciaux n'apparaissent sous le terme de \"sharing economy\". \"Ces mod\u00e8les commerciaux se limitent largement \u00e0 la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e\", explique Uta J\u00fcttner, enseignante et responsable de projet \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole de Lucerne. Ainsi, il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 de nombreuses plateformes pour le partage d'objets du quotidien entre particuliers - m\u00eame si elles sont encore plut\u00f4t rarement utilis\u00e9es en Suisse. \"Dans le monde de l'entreprise, il n'existe cependant gu\u00e8re de processus institutionnalis\u00e9s, et encore moins de plateformes \u00e9tablies, qui faciliteraient le partage entre entreprises\", poursuit J\u00fcttner. Et ce, m\u00eame si les projets de partage entre entreprises seraient tr\u00e8s prometteurs, car les entreprises disposent souvent de ressources pr\u00e9cieuses, comme des machines et des \u00e9quipements co\u00fbteux, qui engendrent des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s lorsqu'elles restent inutilis\u00e9es. \"De nombreuses entreprises seraient tr\u00e8s incit\u00e9es \u00e0 partager certains \u00e9quipements avec leurs concurrents plut\u00f4t que de tout acheter elles-m\u00eames\", explique l'experte. La Haute \u00e9cole de Lucerne a \u00e9tudi\u00e9, en collaboration avec la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse, dans le cadre du projet de recherche \"KMU Sharingmarket\", comment le partage pourrait \u00eatre soutenu de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e et structur\u00e9e pour les entreprises.<\/p>\n

Emprunter \u00e0 l'entreprise d'\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 : Possibilit\u00e9s vite \u00e9puis\u00e9es<\/h3>\n

La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 prouve que le partage est int\u00e9ressant pour les entreprises. \"Notre recherche l'a montr\u00e9 : Les PME en particulier savent d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bien se pr\u00eater du mat\u00e9riel et des objets entre elles\", constate Sebastian Huber, \u00e9galement enseignant \u00e0 la HSLU et collaborateur du projet. Ainsi, les petites et moyennes entreprises \u00e9changent d\u00e9j\u00e0 souvent des ressources. \"Cela se fait toutefois de mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait intuitive et informelle. Si l'artisan a besoin d'un chariot suppl\u00e9mentaire, il demande \u00e0 l'entreprise d'\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9\", explique l'expert. Mais cette forme de partage atteint rapidement ses limites. Contrairement \u00e0 la perceuse ou au nettoyeur haute pression que les particuliers se proposent mutuellement de partager, les machines et les appareils des entreprises sont souvent tr\u00e8s chers. \"Lorsque de tels appareils sont partag\u00e9s, des questions suppl\u00e9mentaires se posent in\u00e9vitablement, par exemple en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9 ou d'assurance\", poursuit Huber.<\/p>\n

Rapprocher l'offre et la demande de partage<\/h3>\n

Pour que le partage puisse avoir lieu entre deux entreprises, l'une doit poss\u00e9der une ressource avec des capacit\u00e9s disponibles que l'autre souhaite utiliser temporairement. C'est l\u00e0 que commence la difficult\u00e9 : comment trouver la demande et l'offre ? \"R\u00e9v\u00e9ler ses propres besoins et la disponibilit\u00e9 des ressources est d\u00e9cisif et constitue souvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 le premier obstacle au partage B2B\", explique Sebastian Huber. Les r\u00e9sultats du projet de recherche le montrent : Les entreprises participantes doivent \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper une compr\u00e9hension organisationnelle commune du \"partage\". Le partage doit-il \u00eatre aussi anonyme et bas\u00e9 sur la demande que possible ou personnel et bas\u00e9 sur le partenariat ? Les entreprises d\u00e9sireuses de partager doivent \u00e9galement se mettre d'accord sur le degr\u00e9 de soutien externe apport\u00e9 par une plateforme ou un prestataire de services. Une fois la ressource identifi\u00e9e et la forme de la transaction trouv\u00e9e, il y a quelques accords \u00e0 conclure - sur le transport, l'assurance et les co\u00fbts. Afin de pouvoir \u00e9valuer la poursuite du partage comme alternative \u00e0 l'acquisition d'une ressource, les entreprises impliqu\u00e9es dans une transaction de partage souhaitent ensuite \u00e9valuer le processus. Huber : \"Pour les entreprises, le partage ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement d\u00e9boucher sur un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice direct, mais l'effort doit tout de m\u00eame en valoir la peine au final\".<\/p>\n

La durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, \u00e9cologique et sociale comme moteur<\/h3>\n

Face \u00e0 la pression croissante de la concurrence internationale, les PME en particulier recherchent des formes d'utilisation alternatives au classique \"make or buy\" - c'est-\u00e0-dire le choix entre la fabrication et la possession en interne d'un appareil ou d'un outil ou son achat aupr\u00e8s d'un fournisseur. Comme pour les particuliers, le partage permet un acc\u00e8s et une utilisation limit\u00e9s dans le temps d'une ressource qu'une entreprise ne peut ou ne veut pas poss\u00e9der et exploiter elle-m\u00eame pour des raisons de co\u00fbts. \"Outre les \u00e9conomies, les possibilit\u00e9s de l'entreprise d'offrir des services ou des produits qui ne pourraient pas \u00eatre propos\u00e9s sans le partage s'en trouvent accrues\", explique Huber.
\nDans le secteur de la logistique ainsi que dans les grandes entreprises de production ayant des besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9lev\u00e9s, le potentiel \u00e9cologique du partage des ressources de l'entreprise \u00e0 forte empreinte carbone est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 depuis un certain temps d\u00e9j\u00e0. \"Cela suscite un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour les solutions de partage dans ces entreprises et ces secteurs\", explique Uta J\u00fcttner. La collaboration plus \u00e9troite entre les entreprises gr\u00e2ce au partage, qui peut aller jusqu'au pr\u00eat mutuel de collaborateurs, renforce la coh\u00e9sion sociale et accro\u00eet la flexibilit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale dans un environnement commercial de plus en plus incertain, souligne l'experte de la HSLU.<\/p>\n

Bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour les entreprises et premi\u00e8re plate-forme de partage pour les PME<\/h3>\n

Afin de faciliter la participation des entreprises \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie du partage, l'\u00e9quipe de recherche interdisciplinaire, compos\u00e9e d'\u00e9conomistes d'entreprise, d'ing\u00e9nieurs et de psychologues, a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils ax\u00e9e sur les processus et comprenant quatre instruments pratiques :<\/p>\n

  1. D\u00e9terminer le potentiel de ressources de partage,<\/li>\n
  2. Identifier la forme d'organisation du partage,<\/li>\n
  3. accord de partage et<\/li>\n
  4. Mesure du succ\u00e8s et \u00e9valuation des partenaires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Le projet de recherche a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 la start-up \"Sharing Corp.\", qui lancera ce printemps la premi\u00e8re plateforme de partage B2B ind\u00e9pendante des branches pour les PME suisses, appel\u00e9e KMUsharingmarket.ch. Cette plateforme vise \u00e0 rendre les possibilit\u00e9s de partage et les r\u00e9sultats de recherche de l'\u00e9tude de la HSLU accessibles \u00e0 un large cercle d'utilisateurs d'entreprises en Suisse. \"La bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils et les processus de partage d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par la HSLU et la FHNW ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s dans la pratique et constituent la base de notre plateforme PMEsharingmarket.ch\", explique Carla Kaufmann, cofondatrice de Sharing Corp. L'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e le 18 mars 2022.<\/p>\n

    Ont collabor\u00e9 au projet non seulement les deux hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es FHNW et HSLU, mais aussi les entreprises Companymarket AG, KMU Digitalisierung GmbH, Virtuelle Fabrik Nordwestschweiz, Tschudin & Heid AG, Rero AG, Estech Industries AG, peka-metall AG, Kebo AG et Wir Bank Genossenschaft.<\/p>\n
