M\u00eame les applications avec un grand nombre d'\u00e9chantillons et les processus \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit se contentent de quelques cycles de chargement. Jusqu'\u00e0 12 plaques \u00e0 puits peuvent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es sur une course de 350 mm au-dessus de la lumi\u00e8re transmise exceptionnellement grande de 400 mm. L'\u00e9clairage des \u00e9chantillons par le dessous garantit un screening parfait des bior\u00e9actions.\r\n<h2><strong>Table de num\u00e9risation avec syst\u00e8me de positionnement rapide<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nL'utilisation de guidages \u00e0 rouleaux crois\u00e9s polis et de plaques de table rectifi\u00e9es permet d'obtenir une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 de \u00b10,15 \u00b5m en termes de rectitude et de plan\u00e9it\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette grande pr\u00e9cision, m\u00eame les optiques avec une longueur focale tr\u00e8s courte ne n\u00e9cessitent qu'une faible mise au point ult\u00e9rieure. Le moteur lin\u00e9aire sans fer garantit un entra\u00eenement sensible sans influence perturbatrice sur les param\u00e8tres de d\u00e9roulement. En m\u00eame temps, le moteur lin\u00e9aire assure une dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations jusqu'\u00e0 3 m\/s<sup>2<\/sup> et des vitesses de pointe de 500 mm\/s garantissent des temps de scan courts, m\u00eame en mode marche-arr\u00eat, on obtient des r\u00e9sultats de scan extr\u00eamement rapides. Pour obtenir des valeurs d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration identiques en X et en Y, il est possible d'utiliser en option des moteurs doubles dans l'axe inf\u00e9rieur. Le syst\u00e8me de feedback interne avec une r\u00e9solution de 0,1 \u00b5m et donc des pas de positionnement possibles de 0,3 \u00b5m permet d'utiliser des optiques de tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9solution, m\u00eame en cas d'utilisation de micro-cannelures.\r\n<h2><strong>Remplacement des tables \u00e0 coussin d'air<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nLe KDT600 est con\u00e7u pour une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 maximale et atteint, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la compensation, des pr\u00e9cisions qui \u00e9taient jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent exclusivement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 coussin d'air. \u00c0 performances comparables, il est toutefois nettement moins cher. Les applications dans le domaine des sciences de la vie et de la biotechnologie ainsi que le screening de substances actives dans le secteur pharmaceutique en profitent particuli\u00e8rement. Les exigences des salles blanches sont satisfaites, un rev\u00eatement en nickel est disponible en option pour les surfaces pouvant \u00eatre d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9es. En cas d'entretien, la table peut \u00eatre facilement s\u00e9par\u00e9e de la conduite de c\u00e2bles log\u00e9e.
