En 2018, le fournisseur de repas pour enfants et adolescents a introduit sa GSE syst\u00e9matique et l'a int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans les processus op\u00e9rationnels RH et de direction. Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans une culture de direction responsable et respectueuse, l'entreprise zurichoise encourage aussi bien la conscience des valeurs que la responsabilit\u00e9 personnelle des collaborateurs pour leur propre sant\u00e9 physique et psychique.<\/p>\n

Donner l'exemple de la GSE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Un an plus tard, en 2019, menuandmore \u00e9tait pr\u00eat pour la certification avec le label \"Espace de travail convivial\"<\/a> de Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse<\/a> et est depuis fi\u00e8rement titulaire du label de qualit\u00e9 BGM. Outre ses facettes \u00e9cologiques, \u00e9conomiques et sociales, la sant\u00e9 durable en fait \u00e9galement partie. C'est pourquoi, apr\u00e8s toutes les certifications d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenues pour la gestion de la qualit\u00e9 et de l'environnement, l'introduction et la certification d'une GSE syst\u00e9matique constituaient pour nous la prochaine \u00e9tape logique\".<\/p>\n

Qu'il soit physique ou mental, tout sujet peut \u00eatre \"mis sur la table\".<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Entre-temps, la GSE est devenue une valeur s\u00fbre pour le prestataire de restauration pour enfants et adolescents. Les mesures correspondantes sont coordonn\u00e9es et con\u00e7ues par un comit\u00e9 de pilotage GSE interdisciplinaire, sous la direction de la directrice des ressources humaines Helene Teuscher. Ensemble, ils travaillent par exemple \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail dans les domaines physiquement \u00e9prouvants comme la cuisine et le transport.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, menuandmore contribue surtout \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de la sant\u00e9 psychique en d\u00e9veloppant constamment sa culture de gestion. Ainsi, les situations de stress psychique des collaborateurs sont trait\u00e9es individuellement.<\/p>\n

L'apprentie de commerce profite \u00e9galement de cet accompagnement personnel sur son lieu de formation chez menuandmore. Les charges psychiques des apprentis avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 nettement augment\u00e9 avant la pand\u00e9mie, c'est pourquoi la sensibilisation aux questions de sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la GSE est un avantage certain.<\/p>\n

Selon le Indice de stress au travail 2020<\/a> de Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse<\/a> (voir graphique), 42% des jeunes actifs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 24 ans ont trop peu de ressources pour faire face aux exigences du travail, 30% sont \u00e9puis\u00e9s \u00e9motionnellement et leur risque d'accident professionnel est deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. La cons\u00e9quence \u00e9conomique est une perte de productivit\u00e9 due \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 dans ce groupe d'\u00e2ge de bien 21% 1) <\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Le besoin d'une promotion sp\u00e9cifique de la sant\u00e9 psychique des apprentis est \u00e9vident. Parall\u00e8lement, les exigences envers les responsables de la formation professionnelle augmentent et des offres de soutien cibl\u00e9es sont n\u00e9cessaires. Les associations sectorielles, l'association des formateurs professionnels ou l'offre \"Formation professionnelle\" constituent par exemple de bons points de contact.Apprenti<\/a>Le projet \"Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse\" pour une gestion saine des jeunes actifs.<\/p>\n

Le spectre d'\"Apprentice\" comprend une \"Bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils\"<\/a> avec des exemples de cas, des informations fond\u00e9es sur des situations difficiles ainsi que sur la sant\u00e9 mentale des apprenants en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Les autres modules sont Rencontre ERFA<\/a> pour l'\u00e9change intersectoriel de formateurs professionnels, une \"Experts App<\/a>\" comme source d'information rapide et actuelle, ainsi que des Formations continues<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Apprentice' est une offre convaincante qui propose des solutions fond\u00e9es \u00e0 diverses situations de d\u00e9part. Heureusement, nous n'avons actuellement pas de situations conflictuelles, mais je trouve chez 'Apprentice' une multitude de suggestions et de conseils sur la mani\u00e8re dont nous pouvons, en tant que formateurs professionnels, soutenir nos apprentis, par exemple dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9flexion et de la responsabilit\u00e9 personnelles. C'est pourquoi j'utilise volontiers les outils et supports propos\u00e9s\", r\u00e9sume Simon Kindt, responsable administratif, assistant du personnel et formateur chez Menu and More AG.<\/p>\n
