(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\nComme elle le souligne elle-m\u00eame, la CSS accorde une grande importance \u00e0 des soins de sant\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9 et efficaces en termes de co\u00fbts. C'est pourquoi le plus grand assureur de base suisse investit depuis un an et demi dans des start-ups num\u00e9riques. La CSS a entre-temps pris des participations dans quatre entreprises et vient d'investir \u00e9galement dans Heartbeat Medical. Cette start-up exploite une plate-forme qui relie des enqu\u00eates automatis\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des patients \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es cliniques. Les succ\u00e8s th\u00e9rapeutiques deviennent ainsi mesurables et la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients est plac\u00e9e au centre de la prise de d\u00e9cision et du traitement. En d'autres termes, il s'agit d'une prise en charge davantage orient\u00e9e vers le patient.\r\n<h2><strong>Les donn\u00e9es comme base de d\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nLes enqu\u00eates centr\u00e9es sur le patient de Heartbeat Medical reposent sur la syst\u00e9matique des \"Patient-Reported Outcome Measures\" (PROMs). Les PROMs mesurent comment un patient ou une patiente \u00e9value son propre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et montrent en m\u00eame temps l'effet d'un traitement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des questionnaires standardis\u00e9s, des informations sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie, les sympt\u00f4mes ou les effets du traitement sont saisies num\u00e9riquement avant et apr\u00e8s une intervention. Les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 documentent des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires issues de l'anamn\u00e8se et les compl\u00e8tent par d'autres donn\u00e9es cliniques. Ainsi, l'\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 per\u00e7u par les patients pendant ou apr\u00e8s un traitement peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9 et mesur\u00e9. Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 d\u00e9finissent ensuite avec les patients la suite du traitement. Plus de 30 h\u00f4pitaux suisses - dont l'H\u00f4pital de l'\u00cele \u00e0 Berne - utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 la plateforme de Heartbeat Medical, enregistr\u00e9e en tant que dispositif m\u00e9dical.\r\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ax\u00e9e sur la qualit\u00e9 et soins ax\u00e9s sur le patient au m\u00eame rythme<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nLe parcours de soins bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es ne garantit pas seulement des r\u00e9sultats mesurables et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie pour les patients. L'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des soins peut \u00e9galement avoir un effet mod\u00e9rateur sur les co\u00fbts de la sant\u00e9. La CSS veut en outre mettre davantage la qualit\u00e9 au centre du traitement et cr\u00e9er des incitations pour son remboursement. Avec diff\u00e9rentes initiatives, le plus grand assureur de base travaille \u00e0 l'objectif de syst\u00e8mes de remboursement qualitatifs. En font partie, outre les PROM, l'approche des soins de sant\u00e9 orient\u00e9s sur les valeurs (Value Based Health Care) ou le projet pilote \"Patient Empowerment Initiative\" : la CSS, SWICA, PwC, l'H\u00f4pital universitaire de B\u00e2le et l'H\u00f4pital cantonal de Winterthour d\u00e9veloppent un syst\u00e8me tarifaire bas\u00e9 sur la qualit\u00e9 du traitement et l'utilit\u00e9 pour le patient.
