Les chiffres de r\u00e9adaptation des offices AI se maintiennent \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9, m\u00eame pendant les ann\u00e9es de pand\u00e9mie. (Graphique : COAI)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Avec 21 828 personnes r\u00e9adapt\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s, les 26 offices AI cantonaux ont pu enregistrer en 2021 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de 0,7% des chiffres de r\u00e9adaptation. Cette stabilisation \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 n'allait pas de soi au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie, peut-on lire dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse de la Conf\u00e9rence des offices AI (COAI). Les quelque 22 000 personnes r\u00e9adapt\u00e9es ont profit\u00e9 du principe \"la r\u00e9adaptation prime la rente\". Pour elles, soit le poste de travail actuel a pu \u00eatre maintenu (14 062 personnes), soit elles ont trouv\u00e9 un nouvel emploi sur le march\u00e9 du travail g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accessible (7766 personnes). Il s'av\u00e8re que les mesures de d\u00e9tection et d'intervention pr\u00e9coces sont appliqu\u00e9es efficacement par les offices AI. En effet, la r\u00e9insertion dans la vie professionnelle est la t\u00e2che principale de l'AI.<\/p>\n

Une \u00e9volution stable et r\u00e9jouissante des chiffres de l'insertion<\/h3>\n

Florian Steinbacher, pr\u00e9sident de la COAI, se r\u00e9jouit de la stabilit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9volution. \"Nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre \u00e0 ce que le bon r\u00e9sultat de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente se r\u00e9p\u00e8te. L'engagement et l'implication des collaborateurs dans les offices AI sont rest\u00e9s intacts\". Aux presque 22 000 personnes r\u00e9ins\u00e9r\u00e9es sur le premier march\u00e9 du travail s'ajoutent 824 personnes r\u00e9ins\u00e9r\u00e9es sur ce qu'on appelle le deuxi\u00e8me march\u00e9 du travail. \"Nous ne devons pas oublier que derri\u00e8re les chiffres se cachent des destins et des histoires individuelles. Si nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que ces personnes voient leur situation s'am\u00e9liorer, nous en sommes tr\u00e8s heureux\", ajoute Florian Steinbacher. Les histoires de r\u00e9ussite s'\u00e9crivent aussi chez les employeurs et les institutions, sans le soutien desquels la r\u00e9insertion ne fonctionnerait pas.<\/p>\n

Adolescents et jeunes adultes<\/h3>\n

La r\u00e9vision de l'AI qui vient d'entrer en vigueur permet notamment d'optimiser les mesures AI et les offres de r\u00e9adaptation pour les adolescents et les jeunes adultes, explique-t-on. Ainsi, l'AI soutient ce groupe cible dans son parcours de formation avec une large palette de mesures professionnelles. C'est ce que montrerait l'augmentation constante des prestations accord\u00e9es, poursuit le communiqu\u00e9 de la COAI. L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, 15 894 personnes en Suisse suivaient une premi\u00e8re formation professionnelle soutenue par l'AI. Cette \u00e9volution doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme tout \u00e0 fait positive et souligne l'id\u00e9e de r\u00e9adaptation de l'AI.<\/p>\n
