Des projets pour des clients existants tels que CWS, LaPreva, Laufen, V-Zug, K\u00e4rcher et Winterhalter y contribueront \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La croissance de Noventa offre des opportunit\u00e9s pour de nouveaux collaborateurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Avec sa croissance, l'entreprise ouvre \u00e9galement des opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 de nouveaux collaborateurs. \"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des carnets de commandes pleins, de nouveaux clients et de nouveaux projets, nous sommes clairement sur la voie de la croissance. Dans presque tous les domaines, nous offrons \u00e0 de nouveaux talents la possibilit\u00e9 de participer activement \u00e0 la construction de l'avenir de notre entreprise\", explique Philippe B\u00fcrki, Chief Business Administration. Dans les mois \u00e0 venir, l'entreprise mettra au concours de nombreux postes vacants, comme on peut le lire. D'ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, le site de Diepoldsau cherche \u00e0 renforcer son personnel pour des t\u00e2ches de gestion d'entreprise, mais aussi pour la gestion de projets, le d\u00e9veloppement, l'approvisionnement et les finances.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Plans de modernisation et d'extension pour tous les sites<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les secteurs des produits industriels et des produits sanitaires et d'hygi\u00e8ne se d\u00e9veloppent particuli\u00e8rement bien, mais la croissance s'acc\u00e9l\u00e8re aussi nettement dans le secteur des biens de consommation, dans l'automobile et dans le segment des machines \u00e0 caf\u00e9. C'est pourquoi tous les sites fonctionnent \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime et Noventa AG poursuit son d\u00e9veloppement, poursuit le communiqu\u00e9 de presse adress\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias. Le site roumain sera modernis\u00e9 et agrandi par de nouveaux bureaux et surfaces de production ainsi que par des machines \u00e0 injection suppl\u00e9mentaires. Une extension des surfaces de production est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue sur le site de production en Tha\u00eflande. Au si\u00e8ge suisse, l'entreprise continue d'investir dans son centre d'innovation afin de cr\u00e9er encore plus d'espace pour la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Noventa d\u00e9veloppe et fabrique pour ses clients des produits d'avenir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Avec pr\u00e8s de 700 collaborateurs et des sites de production en Suisse, en Tha\u00eflande et en Roumanie, l'entreprise technologique soutient le d\u00e9veloppement et la fabrication de produits d'avenir. \"Nous sommes fiers de d\u00e9velopper et de fabriquer des produits innovants en collaboration avec nos clients jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre commercialis\u00e9s\", explique le d\u00e9veloppeur de produits Christian Frei. \"Cela profite notamment aux entreprises qui souhaitent travailler avec un sp\u00e9cialiste des syst\u00e8mes de produits sophistiqu\u00e9s\".<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple r\u00e9cent est le babyphone \"Sandy\" de Dokoki, qui est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de cam\u00e9ras, d'une aide \u00e0 l'endormissement, d'un lecteur multim\u00e9dia int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et d'une communication bidirectionnelle, et qui peut \u00eatre facilement command\u00e9 via un smartphone. Noventa illustre \u00e9galement son enthousiasme pour les nouvelles id\u00e9es avec une nouveaut\u00e9 mondiale : Le syst\u00e8me de toilettes hygi\u00e9nique et sans eau Clesana pour les camping-cars et les bateaux devrait \u00eatre commercialis\u00e9 d\u00e8s le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022. Pour Laufen, Noventa fabrique le WC douche haut de gamme Aqiva sp\u00e9cialement pour le march\u00e9 chinois, et pour CWS, les syst\u00e8mes d'hygi\u00e8ne modernes et agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 l'\u0153il de la ligne de produits CWS PureLine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Du sp\u00e9cialiste du plastique au centre d'innovation et de production<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les racines de Noventa remontent \u00e0 1958. Entre-temps, l'entreprise est devenue un centre d'innovation et de fabrication performant pour des syst\u00e8mes de produits exigeants, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et produits sur commande du client. Avec environ 700 collaborateurs r\u00e9partis sur trois sites (si\u00e8ge principal en Suisse, en Tha\u00eflande et en Roumanie), le groupe Noventa a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2021 un chiffre d'affaires annuel d'environ 82 millions de francs. Il est dirig\u00e9 par une \u00e9quipe de direction de trois personnes, qui d\u00e9tiennent \u00e9galement une participation majoritaire dans l'entreprise. Parmi ses clients, on trouve notamment Bernina, Compleo, CWS, Laufen, LaPreva, Ivoclar, K\u00e4rcher, Siemens, SKROSS, V-Zug et Winterhalter. Depuis 2004, Noventa agit en tant qu'entreprise mod\u00e8le en mati\u00e8re de Lean Management. Apr\u00e8s l'introduction de la production au plus juste, l'entreprise a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 son chiffre d'affaires sans changer de surface.
