Dans le cadre de \"speed speeches\" d'une dur\u00e9e maximale de 10 minutes chacun, les plus de 40 invit\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u des informations sur la durabilit\u00e9, la culture et la responsabilit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans les locaux de Felfel AG, jeune entreprise de catering en plein essor (devise \"Good Food at Work\"), \u00e0 Zurich-Binz.<\/p>\n<h3>La r\u00e9ussite entrepreneuriale : une affaire de culture<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve introduction de l'h\u00f4tesse Barbara R\u00fcttimann, le premier bref expos\u00e9 a commenc\u00e9. Anna Grassler, Co-General Manager de Felfel, a donn\u00e9 un petit aper\u00e7u de la culture d'entreprise de la jeune entreprise, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 enthousiasmer de nombreuses entreprises clientes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un concept de restauration innovant. Elle a soulign\u00e9 que la culture ne peut pas \u00eatre standardis\u00e9e. Le bonheur au travail est synonyme de performance et laisse place \u00e0 des solutions individuelles. Anna Grassler ne voit pas non plus dans la croissance rapide de son entreprise une raison de changer quoi que ce soit \u00e0 cette culture, par exemple en cr\u00e9ant davantage de structures. Au contraire : \"La culture d\u00e9finit la structure\", explique-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Fahrni, directeur du Swiss Venture Club SVC, connu pour ses prix d'entreprise \"Prix SVC\" d\u00e9cern\u00e9s dans toute la Suisse, a esquiss\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de trois exemples la richesse de l'entrepreneuriat en Suisse. Les entreprises r\u00e9compens\u00e9es montrent que la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et le succ\u00e8s entrepreneurial ne s'excluent pas, mais se conditionnent mutuellement.<\/p>\n<h3>Le bien-\u00eatre en pratique<\/h3>\n<p>Caroline W\u00fcest, directrice du fabricant de saunas Klafs AG, a transmis aux invit\u00e9s un \"ABC du bien-\u00eatre\" : de A comme \"se lever le matin\" \u00e0 Z \"se coucher satisfait\", elle a \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9 les moyens de cr\u00e9er de v\u00e9ritables \"zones de bien-\u00eatre\" au quotidien avec peu d'efforts, par exemple en adoptant une alimentation consciente, en faisant preuve de patience ou en s'organisant, ce qui peut finalement conduire \u00e0 une meilleure qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Josephine Herzig de B Lab Suisse, une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif qui soutient les entreprises dans la mise en \u0153uvre de concepts de durabilit\u00e9, a soulign\u00e9 les facteurs de succ\u00e8s qui permettent de r\u00e9ussir de telles d\u00e9marches : Une entreprise est comme un orchestre qui a besoin d'un chef d'orchestre. Les id\u00e9es doivent grandir, comme le fait un r\u00e9cif de corail. Et l'oratrice a compar\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation de syst\u00e8mes d'incitation \u00e0 des \"carrots and sticks\" (carottes et b\u00e2tons en anglais).<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Hauri, CEO du fabricant de mobilier de bureau Haworth Schweiz, a parl\u00e9 du changement d'attitude dans les bureaux apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode Corona. Pour les entreprises, il est d\u00e9sormais important de cr\u00e9er dans leurs bureaux des zones librement choisies pour les diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios de travail. Et enfin, le mobilier doit \u00eatre durable : fabriqu\u00e9 localement, \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res renouvelables et recyclables.<\/p>\n<h3>Lorsque, lors d'un d\u00e9jeuner d'affaires, la bouch\u00e9e reste bri\u00e8vement coinc\u00e9e dans la gorge...<\/h3>\n<p>La biologiste marine Dr Silvia Frey a \u00e9t\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re intervenante \u00e0 susciter la r\u00e9flexion. Elle a soulign\u00e9 l'importance des oc\u00e9ans pour l'\u00e9quilibre global du climat, de la faune et de la flore. \"Si nous ne faisons rien pour lutter contre le changement climatique, deux tiers des \u00eatres vivants dans les oc\u00e9ans seront morts \u00e0 la fin du si\u00e8cle\", a-t-elle averti. Elle a en outre appel\u00e9 \u00e0 limiter la consommation de poisson de mer - d'autant plus que la Suisse est un pays classiquement enclav\u00e9. N\u00e9anmoins, le poisson est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, comme le montrent les statistiques en direct de Felfel : un plat de smoked salmon est arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate ce jour-l\u00e0...<\/p>\n<p>Les invit\u00e9s int\u00e9ress\u00e9s ont ensuite eu la possibilit\u00e9 de faire encore mieux connaissance avec l'entreprise Felfel lors d'une visite guid\u00e9e. Les personnes pr\u00e9sentes \u00e9taient unanimes : la nourriture pour le corps et l'esprit et des portions faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer font du bien.
