En 2022, les ouvriers du secteur principal de la construction toucheront en moyenne 6 204 francs par mois, respectivement 80 652 francs par an. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Suisse des Entrepreneurs (SSE) a publi\u00e9 l'enqu\u00eate sur les salaires 2022. Celle-ci montre qu'en 2022, les ouvriers du secteur principal de la construction toucheront en moyenne 6'204 francs par mois, respectivement 80'652 francs par an. Les salaires du personnel de chantier ont donc augment\u00e9 de 1,5% par rapport \u00e0 2021. Selon la SSE, cela r\u00e9sulte de la bonne performance individuelle de chaque travailleur et non pas des accords salariaux collectifs. En 2021, l'inflation \u00e9tait de 0,6%. L'augmentation des salaires est donc sup\u00e9rieure au rench\u00e9rissement et le pouvoir d'achat a augment\u00e9. Les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les salaires r\u00e9els avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L'enqu\u00eate sur les salaires 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la date de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de fin f\u00e9vrier, celle de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 la fin juillet. Le secteur principal de la construction est une branche saisonni\u00e8re, de sorte que moins de personnes travaillent en hiver qu'en \u00e9t\u00e9. En raison de ces diff\u00e9rentes dates d'enqu\u00eate, la croissance des salaires est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9e d'un point de vue statistique, \u00e0 savoir de 0,2 \u00e0 0,3 point de pourcentage. Cela ne concerne toutefois pas le personnel qualifi\u00e9, car il existe une forte p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e dans ces professions.<\/p>\n

Diff\u00e9rents profils professionnels dans la construction<\/h3>\n

Dans le secteur principal de la construction, il existe plusieurs professions qui varient en termes de responsabilit\u00e9, mais aussi de performance et de salaire, explique encore la SSE. Les ouvriers auxiliaires de la classe de salaire C touchent 4'959 francs par mois, les ma\u00e7ons avec un CFC dans la classe de salaire Q 6'148 francs et les contrema\u00eetres 7'908 francs. Dans toute la Suisse, le salaire moyen du personnel de chantier est de 6'204 francs. Comme le co\u00fbt de la vie diff\u00e8re d'un endroit \u00e0 l'autre, les salaires moyens varient \u00e9galement entre les cantons, allant de 5'677 francs \u00e0 6'434 francs.<\/p>\n

La formation continue, un facteur salarial central<\/b><\/h3>\n

L'USP poursuit en expliquant qu'outre la performance personnelle, la formation continue est le facteur central d'une augmentation de salaire. La formation continue reste le principal moyen de d\u00e9velopper son propre salaire, mais aussi ses comp\u00e9tences et ses responsabilit\u00e9s. Une formation continue permet d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une classe de salaire sup\u00e9rieure, un tel saut est rentabilis\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur d'environ 600 francs par mois en moyenne.<\/p>\n

Les entrepreneurs en appellent aux syndicats<\/h3>\n

Les augmentations de salaire sur une base individuelle r\u00e9pondent aux besoins des travailleurs et des employeurs. Les salaires doivent r\u00e9compenser la performance personnelle et motiver la formation continue. Aux yeux des entrepreneurs, c'est la bonne mani\u00e8re de recruter la rel\u00e8ve et de conserver le personnel qualifi\u00e9. La SSE appelle donc les syndicats \u00e0 prendre acte de cette augmentation de salaire en 2022 et \u00e0 la communiquer aux travailleurs de mani\u00e8re transparente et fond\u00e9e sur des faits. Les entrepreneurs doivent continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9cider eux-m\u00eames de la mani\u00e8re dont ils r\u00e9compensent les prestations de travail et dans quelle mesure ils compensent l'inflation.<\/p>\n
