La caisse de pension est une pr\u00e9voyance \u00e0 long terme pour l'apr\u00e8s-retraite et est donc en premier lieu associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9. Tellco pk est toutefois convaincue que la flexibilit\u00e9 doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre un attribut important d'une caisse de pension.
