De nouveaux jeunes professionnels pour la branche automobile : les meilleures notes des diff\u00e9rentes orientations et g\u00e9n\u00e9rations lors de la remise du brevet \u00e0 Safenwil. (Photo : M\u00e9dias UPSA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Les coordinateurs\/trices d'atelier automobile et les diagnosticiens\/trices d'automobiles rel\u00e8vent les d\u00e9fis quotidiens dans les entreprises et y fournissent, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences techniques et humaines, la base du succ\u00e8s et de la satisfaction des clients. 163 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9(e)s de la formation professionnelle ont r\u00e9cemment re\u00e7u leur brevet. Charles-Albert Hediger, membre du comit\u00e9 central de l'UPSA, a remerci\u00e9 les jeunes professionnels et leurs proches, r\u00e9unis dans l'Event-Center d'Emil Frey Classics AG \u00e0 Safenwil, d'avoir entrepris cette formation malgr\u00e9 la phase d'incertitude due \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie et \u00e0 la guerre : \"La branche automobile suisse a besoin de vous et continuera \u00e0 avoir besoin de vous !\" Avec les connaissances acquises au cours de leurs deux ann\u00e9es de formation, les deux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es et les 161 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont pos\u00e9 les bases de leur succ\u00e8s professionnel et ont en outre fait preuve de passion pour la branche automobile.<\/p>\n

Des jeunes professionnels qui donnent le meilleur d'eux-m\u00eames chaque jour<\/h3>\n

Parmi les professionnels qui ont r\u00e9ussi, les meilleures notes, r\u00e9compens\u00e9es par un prix sp\u00e9cial, ont eu une raison particuli\u00e8re de se r\u00e9jouir. Parmi les coordinateurs d'atelier automobile, Raphael Senn de Kaltenbach TG a obtenu la meilleure note de 4,8 \u00e0 l'issue de sa formation continue. Parmi les diagnosticiens d'automobiles dans le domaine des voitures de tourisme, Ramon Keel de Balgach SG s'est distingu\u00e9 avec la note 5,3, Etienne Panchaud de Murist FR avec la note 5,0 ainsi que Yann Lerch de Reconvilier BE avec la note 4,9. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires, ce sont notamment Daniel Hug d'Untervaz GR qui a obtenu la note 5,5, Roman Schellenberg de Pf\u00e4ffikon ZH la note 5,4 et Michael Franz M\u00fcller de Niederurnen GL la note 5,6. \"Je veux donner le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame chaque jour et transmettre les connaissances humaines et techniques que nous avons acquises pendant la formation\", a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 M\u00fcller. \"Nous nous sommes amus\u00e9s ensemble, ce qui a rendu l'apprentissage plus facile\". Les deux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es Evelyn Kunz d'Adetswil ZH (note 5,0) et Desir\u00e9e Schweizer de Glattfelden ZH (note 4,8) ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que cette formation exigeante n'\u00e9tait pas une sin\u00e9cure. \"J'ai eu beaucoup d'aide de mon ami. Il a suivi la formation il y a cinq ans\", a expliqu\u00e9 Desir\u00e9e Schweizer. \"Nous ne travaillons pas encore ensemble dans un garage, mais nous avons plein de mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 la maison sur lequel nous bricolons\".<\/p>\n

Les v\u00e9hicules suscitent des \u00e9motions<\/h3>\n

Matthias Krummen, responsable des services de gestion et de la communication \u00e0 l'ESA, a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 les \u00e9motions suscit\u00e9es par les v\u00e9hicules : \"Il faut des personnalit\u00e9s comme vous pour s'occuper des nouvelles tendances, des nouveaux concepts et des nouveaux segments de client\u00e8le. Les tendances doivent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9es comme des opportunit\u00e9s. Vous avez le privil\u00e8ge de travailler avec des produits qui suscitent des \u00e9motions\". En tant qu'organisation d'achat pour la branche de l'automobile et des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur, l'ESA s'engage \u00e9galement depuis plus de 90 ans pour la formation et la formation continue dans la branche. Krummen a donc encore remis un ch\u00e8que de 20'000 francs \u00e0 Olivier Maeder, membre de la direction de l'UPSA, afin de continuer \u00e0 encourager la formation de jeunes professionnels \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n
