(Image : Sharp Business Systems)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Personne pour tous, tous pour aucun : c'est ainsi que l'on pourrait r\u00e9sumer les r\u00e9sultats d'une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne. M\u00eame si l'\u00e9tude en question portait en fait sur la \"satisfaction vis-\u00e0-vis de l'informatique dans les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes\", certaines r\u00e9ponses permettent de conclure que le r\u00eave d'un travail d'\u00e9quipe (assist\u00e9 par l'informatique) s'est envol\u00e9 - au profit des habitudes de bureau qui pr\u00e9valent encore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partager des informations ? Manque \u00e0 gagner <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46 %) des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent que le partage complet des informations ne va pas de soi dans leur travail quotidien. Cela signifie que l'une des conditions de base les plus importantes pour une collaboration r\u00e9ussie n'est pas remplie ou seulement de mani\u00e8re limit\u00e9e - ce qui entra\u00eene \u00e0 son tour des processus de travail inefficaces et a des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives sur le bilan de l'entreprise. Pr\u00e8s de 38 % des employ\u00e9s estiment que c'est surtout l'\u00e9quipement technique qui rend difficile le partage d'informations avec les coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention, cochon de coll\u00e8gue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le en outre une s\u00e9rie de comportements \u00e9gocentriques qui dominent le quotidien au bureau et qui s'opposent explicitement \u00e0 l'esprit d'\u00e9quipe. Il s'agit d'une part de comportements lourds de cons\u00e9quences, comme le manque de soin apport\u00e9 aux mots de passe, qui ont un impact n\u00e9gatif sur le succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise. Mais des habitudes triviales et pour ainsi dire irritantes, qui conduisent insidieusement \u00e0 la mauvaise humeur entre coll\u00e8gues, causent \u00e9galement de gros d\u00e9g\u00e2ts \u00e0 long terme. Une personne sur deux (50 %) en fait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l'exp\u00e9rience, et 23 % avouent qu'il arrive souvent qu'ils n'en rajoutent pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le top 10 des mauvaises habitudes au bureau : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Oubli des pages imprim\u00e9es dans le bac de l'imprimante (84 pour cent)<\/li>\n<li>Changement secret de la temp\u00e9rature du chauffage\/de la climatisation (79%)<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas recharger le papier dans l'imprimante (73 pour cent)<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9placer des documents\/modifier la structure des dossiers de son propre chef (70%)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction \u00e0 n\u00e9ant des mots de passe et des donn\u00e9es d'acc\u00e8s (64 %)<\/li>\n<li>Travailler sur ses propres to-dos en r\u00e9union (61%)<\/li>\n<li>Couper la parole aux autres (58%)<\/li>\n<li>Ignorer les probl\u00e8mes techniques sur les appareils partag\u00e9s (54%)<\/li>\n<li>Modifier les mod\u00e8les ou ne pas respecter les consignes (49 %)<\/li>\n<li>Les informations importantes ne sont pas partag\u00e9es (46%)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Avaler la col\u00e8re ou se d\u00e9fouler ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien qu'ils souffrent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de ces comportements de la part de leurs coll\u00e8gues, 27 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent tout de m\u00eame fermer les yeux et avaler leur col\u00e8re. Dans la mesure du possible, 26 % demandent des comptes au coll\u00e8gue responsable par e-mail ou se plaignent aupr\u00e8s d'autres personnes. Vingt et un pour cent suppl\u00e9mentaires collent une note sur le lieu du d\u00e9lit ou \u00e0 un endroit bien visible du bureau. Le domaine de la gestion du personnel semble \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement intransigeant : 35 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'elles pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient exprimer leur col\u00e8re en informant directement leur sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique. \"Presque tous les employ\u00e9s connaissent ces comportements par exp\u00e9rience personnelle et acceptent les contrari\u00e9t\u00e9s et les inconv\u00e9nients qui en d\u00e9coulent comme faisant partie de la vie professionnelle\", explique Alexander Hermann, vice-pr\u00e9sident de Sharp Information Systems Europe. \"Mais si l'on regarde en coulisses, nous sommes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me s\u00e9rieux : L'esprit d'\u00e9quipe en souffre consid\u00e9rablement ou, dans le pire des cas, n'existe m\u00eame pas. Si l'on ajoute \u00e0 cela des probl\u00e8mes graves comme le manque d'\u00e9change d'informations, l'entreprise dans son ensemble est rapidement perdante.
