Le Moniteur des risques \u00e0 l'exportation 2016, une enqu\u00eate de la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e bernoise et d'Euler Hermes, montre que de nombreuses entreprises d\u00e9veloppent leurs achats internationaux. Elles peuvent ainsi r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et profiter de l'affaiblissement de la conjoncture dans de nombreux pays \u00e9mergents.<\/p>\n<p>L'application Fit2Procure (F2P) - disponible pour iPhone et Android - aide les entreprises dans la phase d'analyse des projets d'approvisionnement internationaux en r\u00e9pondant aux questions fondamentales suivantes : quel est l'attrait d'un pays cible pour l'approvisionnement international ? Quel est le niveau de pr\u00e9paration de l'entreprise en mati\u00e8re d'approvisionnement international ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une analyse des facteurs pertinents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle soutient la phase d'analyse jusqu'au SWOT (analyse des forces, faiblesses, opportunit\u00e9s et menaces) avant la d\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie proprement dite. Cette m\u00e9thode permet aux entreprises de pr\u00e9parer les informations pertinentes afin de d\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie d'achat pour un pays.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode comprend deux dimensions : La dimension externe montre les opportunit\u00e9s et les menaces du march\u00e9 d'approvisionnement \u00e9tranger, tandis que la dimension interne expose aux entreprises leurs propres forces et faiblesses en mati\u00e8re d'approvisionnement international. C'est justement cette dimension qui est souvent sous-estim\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L'un des points forts de la m\u00e9thode r\u00e9side dans le fait qu'elle montre clairement, outre le potentiel d'un march\u00e9 d'approvisionnement \u00e9tranger, \u00e0 quel point une entreprise est \"apte\" \u00e0 l'approvisionnement international.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quatre r\u00e9sultats <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'utilisateur r\u00e9pond aux questions suivantes dans l'application :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pays de destination<\/li>\n<li>Entreprise<\/li>\n<li>fournisseurs potentiels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Des indicateurs importants de la Banque mondiale servent de support \u00e0 ces questions. L'utilisateur obtient quatre r\u00e9sultats via l'application :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1.) Pond\u00e9ration ind\u00e9pendante<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes pond\u00e9rations peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es ind\u00e9pendamment les unes des autres. Elles peuvent ensuite \u00eatre compar\u00e9es entre elles. Cela donne lieu \u00e0 des discussions int\u00e9ressantes, notamment sur les points o\u00f9 les membres de l'\u00e9quipe ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes les unes des autres.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2) Analyse SWOT par pays<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le SWOT indique les principales opportunit\u00e9s du pays cible, les menaces du pays cible, les forces de l'entreprise et les faiblesses de l'entreprise. Ils servent de base aux discussions ult\u00e9rieures dans le processus de d\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3.) Statut de l'entreprise<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le statut de l'entreprise dans la matrice d'attractivit\u00e9\/capacit\u00e9 (\"country sourcing attractiveness\/ability to source internationally\") est mis en \u00e9vidence, calcul\u00e9 sur la base de la pond\u00e9ration\/\u00e9valuation des questions.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4.) Strat\u00e9gies normatives<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Des objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques (comme par exemple \"start internal improvement project\") servent de base aux autres orientations de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Le classement des fournisseurs est \u00e9tabli sur la base des r\u00e9ponses. Le fournisseur potentiel class\u00e9 1 affiche le plus grand nombre de points d'\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages de l'application F2P<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les avantages de l'application sont sa simplicit\u00e9 et les questions standardis\u00e9es avec des r\u00e9ponses d\u00e9finies.
