L'entreprise, dirig\u00e9e par la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la famille fondatrice par Walter A. Steiner, a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendue le 31 janvier aux deux entrepreneurs Stefan R. Ebn\u00f6ther et Lorenz M. F\u00e4h, qui vont poursuivre et d\u00e9velopper l'entreprise dans l'esprit de la famille fondatrice. L'ensemble de la transaction a pu \u00eatre men\u00e9e \u00e0 bien avec le partenaire financier Raiffeisen Suisse SA. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 STEWI Holding AG a repris toutes les actions de STEWI AG et, parall\u00e8lement, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 STEWI of Switzerland AG a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e, qui se concentre principalement sur les activit\u00e9s internationales. Ces deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9tenues par les deux entrepreneurs Stefan R. Ebn\u00f6ther et Lorenz M. F\u00e4h.<\/p>\n<p>Stewi, incarnation du s\u00e9chage du linge et symbole des produits suisses de qualit\u00e9, distribue ses produits en Suisse et dans le monde entier. Le p\u00e8re fondateur Walter Steiner \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le pionnier de la fabrication industrielle de s\u00e9choirs \u00e0 linge, qui fait partie des 100 inventions suisses les plus importantes. En 2009, Walter Steiner est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 et l'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise avec succ\u00e8s par la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, Walter A.
