Le Perikom-Faktencheck donne pour la premi\u00e8re fois une image pr\u00e9cise de la situation de la communication interne dans les grandes entreprises suisses. Pour l'enqu\u00eate, 150 entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9es. Seules quatre d'entre elles, parmi les cent plus grandes, n'ont pas souhait\u00e9 fournir d'informations.<\/p>\n

Quels sont les canaux les plus importants ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans une question volontairement ouverte, Perikom a demand\u00e9 quel \u00e9tait le \"m\u00e9dia principal\" dans la communication interne. L'\u00e9ventail des r\u00e9ponses \u00e9tait large : 60 entreprises ont indiqu\u00e9 \"Intranet\" sans sp\u00e9cification pr\u00e9cise, quelques-unes ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 par \"e-mails aux collaborateurs\", \"magazine en ligne\", \"\u00e9crans d'information\" ou \"webcasts\". Seules quatre entreprises ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'elles travaillaient avec des applications ou qu'elles avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis l'intranet sur les smartphones de leurs collaborateurs. Toutefois, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des questions, on apprend que des projets en ce sens existent dans de nombreuses entreprises.<\/p>\n

Le journal du personnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 dans 20 pour cent des cas comme \u00e9tant le seul m\u00e9dia principal. Si l'on compte les doubles mentions, le journal du personnel imprim\u00e9 est encore consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le m\u00e9dia principal par 40% des entreprises. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie des m\u00e9dias hors ligne, il faut \u00e9galement compter le tableau d'affichage classique, qui a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 comme m\u00e9dia principal par cinq entreprises.<\/p>\n

Communiquer et parler <\/strong><\/p>\n

Le quatri\u00e8me canal de communication interne, le face-\u00e0-face ou la communication interpersonnelle directe, n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9 que dans cinq cas (r\u00e9unions d'information du personnel). C'est alarmant ! La fonction de responsable de la communication interne est-elle en train de dispara\u00eetre ?<\/p>\n

Une autre question portait sur le nombre de postes \u00e0 temps plein consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la communication interne dans les services de communication. Une tendance s'est d\u00e9gag\u00e9e : une r\u00e9partition claire des t\u00e2ches en fonction des parties prenantes est de plus en plus rare.<\/p>\n

Postes semi-structur\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein <\/strong><\/p>\n

Les \u00e9quipes de r\u00e9daction mixtes, o\u00f9 les t\u00e2ches de communication interne sont assum\u00e9es par diff\u00e9rents membres de l'\u00e9quipe en fonction du domaine th\u00e9matique (mot-cl\u00e9 Newsroom), sont plus fr\u00e9quentes. Si l'on se penche sur le nombre d'emplois \u00e0 temps plein (ETP), seules onze grandes entreprises consacrent plus de cinq pour cent de leurs effectifs \u00e0 la communication interne. La majorit\u00e9 d'entre elles y consacrent un \u00e0 deux postes de travail.<\/p>\n
