(Image : Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Plusieurs organisations de personnes handicap\u00e9es se pencheront le lundi 13 mars 2017 au Forum im Pfalzkeller \u00e0 St-Gall sur le th\u00e8me Crise psychique - voies de retour au travail. Selon le professeur Wolfram Kawohl, m\u00e9decin-chef et directeur du secteur psychiatrie et psychoth\u00e9rapie des services psychiatriques d'Argovie - il est pr\u00e9sent au forum - il est possible de continuer \u00e0 travailler malgr\u00e9 une maladie psychique dans beaucoup plus de cas qu'on ne le pensait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Il est possible de modifier le domaine d'intervention afin de cr\u00e9er une meilleure ad\u00e9quation entre l'employ\u00e9 et son poste de travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crise psychique : que faire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'incertitude est omnipr\u00e9sente. La personne concern\u00e9e craint de perdre son emploi, le sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique d'aborder un sujet d\u00e9licat, le praticien de violer le secret professionnel. L'AI est souvent per\u00e7ue, \u00e0 tort, comme un adversaire plut\u00f4t que comme un partenaire. Une discussion peut mal tourner - mais ce n'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas le cas. Des exemples pratiques avec les personnes concern\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes, accompagn\u00e9s de conseils d'experts et d'exp\u00e9riences du public, montreront les voies du retour. Le comit\u00e9 d'experts est compos\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cialistes du job coaching, de la psychiatrie, de la r\u00e9adaptation professionnelle AI, du droit et des assurances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S'inscrire maintenant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Forum de Saint-Gall au Pfalzkeller est consacr\u00e9 pour la neuvi\u00e8me fois au th\u00e8me de l'int\u00e9gration professionnelle des personnes handicap\u00e9es.
