En effet, avec l'extension de sa pr\u00e9sence dans les stations-service, la part des produits alimentaires \u00e0 forte marge continue d'augmenter dans l'ensemble des cat\u00e9gories de Valora.\r\n\r\nLa reprise progressive des 71 shops de stations-service de Oel-Pool devrait avoir lieu \u00e0 partir d'avril 2023. Les shops se trouvent dans des stations-service BP en Suisse occidentale, du nord-ouest et orientale. Elles seront progressivement transform\u00e9es en avec Stores avec un assortiment complet de produits de convenance. Tous les sites sont garantis \u00e0 long terme.\r\n\r\nLa collaboration avec Moveri, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de carburants de Oel-Pool, et la reprise de 39 shops de stations-service, principalement sous la marque Aperto, avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9es en \u00e9t\u00e9 2021. Ces magasins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9s pour la plupart dans le r\u00e9seau de points de vente avec entre janvier et mai 2022. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration \u00e9largie avec Oel-Pool, Valora augmentera sa pr\u00e9sence dans les stations-service suisses \u00e0 plus de 170 magasins d'ici fin 2023, y compris les sites Tamoil. Le fournisseur de Foodvenience estime en outre qu'il atteindra \u00e0 moyen terme un chiffre d'affaires de plus de 300 millions de francs par an dans le secteur des stations-service.\r\n\r\nGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration avec Oel-Pool, respectivement Moveri, et aux transformations en cours des points de vente \"k kiosk\" en avec Stores, l'ensemble du r\u00e9seau de points de vente avec en Suisse passera \u00e0 environ 370 points de vente d'ici fin 2023.
