Les nouveaux locaux de formation et de s\u00e9minaire offrent, outre un emplacement id\u00e9al, d'excellentes possibilit\u00e9s d'apprentissage pour les adultes.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu des tableaux \u00e0 craie ou des r\u00e9troprojecteurs que l'on trouve dans les salles de formation classiques de KV autour de la place Escherwyss, on trouve dans les locaux r\u00e9nov\u00e9s et modernes de la Sihlpost des \u00e9crans tactiles et d'autres gadgets d'e-learning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Didactique interactive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rolf Butz, directeur de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce de Zurich, souligne : \"La formation s'est tr\u00e8s fortement num\u00e9ris\u00e9e. Nos nouvelles offres impliquent une didactique active, voire interactive\".<\/p>\n<p>Chacune des salles peut d'ailleurs \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e, de par sa r\u00e9partition, aux besoins des apprenants (des petits groupes aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements de plus grande envergure).
