Actuellement, ce sont les candidats qui d\u00e9cident de la marche \u00e0 suivre et qui connaissent leur valeur sur le march\u00e9. On mise de plus en plus sur le recrutement sur LinkedIn. Mais un message ennuyeux du type \"Nous recherchons... Postulez maintenant !\" n'attire plus le personnel qualifi\u00e9 derri\u00e8re son ordinateur portable - surtout si le reste de la pr\u00e9sence sur LinkedIn n'est pas au point. Les corbeilles de fruits et les baby-foot en guise d'avantages n'ont plus la cote depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>\"Il est important d'avoir un aper\u00e7u transparent des valeurs de l'entreprise et du travail quotidien\", explique Philipp Schultz, responsable du contenu et de la gestion des comptes chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reachin.network\">R\u00e9seau ReachIn<\/a>une agence sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Berlin qui se consacre exclusivement au marketing \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s sur LinkedIn. Les professionnels potentiels ne se voient chez un employeur que lorsqu'ils se retrouvent personnellement dans sa pr\u00e9sentation sur LinkedIn. Il doit donc se passer beaucoup de choses avant le post d'activation. Cela vaut autant pour les employeurs que pour les employ\u00e9s qui esp\u00e8rent d\u00e9crocher le job de leurs r\u00eaves via LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<h3>Qui est qui<\/h3>\n<p>Les entreprises et les employ\u00e9s ne s'engagent que s'ils savent quelque chose sur leur interlocuteur. Si l'entreprise ne se trouve pas sur LinkedIn, cela d\u00e9courage les candidats. Un profil d'entreprise qui n'est que partiellement rempli freine \u00e9galement la confiance. D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les comptes de collaborateurs potentiels sans aucune information sur le CV et l'approche individuelle ne sont pas s\u00e9rieux et ne suscitent pas l'enthousiasme de la personne qui les lit.<\/p>\n<p>La divulgation d'informations est donc une priorit\u00e9. Une pr\u00e9sentation transparente de l'entreprise, y compris la pr\u00e9sentation des collaborateurs, le positionnement sur des th\u00e8mes d'actualit\u00e9 ainsi que les actualit\u00e9s, donnent vie au compte et informent aussi bien le propre r\u00e9seau que les nouveaux membres potentiels de l'\u00e9quipe. Dans ce cas \u00e9galement, l'Employer Branding a une influence positive sur l'image de l'entreprise - les collaborateurs augmentent la port\u00e9e du canal de l'entreprise en tant que multiplicateurs.<\/p>\n<h3>Posts avec activation du r\u00e9seau<\/h3>\n<p>La page d'entreprise communique de mani\u00e8re personnelle et transparente la mission et la culture de travail ? Les participants au march\u00e9 font de la publicit\u00e9 pour leurs comp\u00e9tences et leurs capacit\u00e9s de la mani\u00e8re la plus cr\u00e9ative possible et avec un point de vue clair sur la plus grande plate-forme commerciale du monde.<\/p>\n<p>L'esth\u00e9tique joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important sur LinkedIn, et pas seulement le contenu. Les posts avec des images authentiques constituent un instrument efficace pour l'acquisition. Des photos et des graphiques authentiques soulignent la coh\u00e9rence entre la pr\u00e9sentation, le post et la prestation. \"Moins le post ressemble \u00e0 une annonce d'emploi r\u00e9dig\u00e9e, mieux c'est\", explique l'expert LinkedIn. Si les entreprises souhaitent toutefois publier exclusivement des annonces d'emploi pures, le contenu pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent du compte d'entreprise doit briller par son originalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Le petit plus efficace pour recruter sur LinkedIn<\/h3>\n<p>Particuli\u00e8rement efficace : les collaborateurs partagent l'annonce d'emploi post\u00e9e avec leur propre commentaire. LinkedIn privil\u00e9gie toujours les profils personnels dans la port\u00e9e. De cette mani\u00e8re, l'offre d'emploi atteint de nombreux destinataires pertinents du r\u00e9seau des collaborateurs. Ce n'est pas sans raison que \"Sharing is caring\" est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un to-do dans le cercle d'amis et de connaissances. Les personnes en recherche activent \u00e9galement leur r\u00e9seau de cette mani\u00e8re et re\u00e7oivent rapidement des indications sur des offres int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p>\n<p>En combinaison, les annonces d'emploi pay\u00e9es parall\u00e8les sur LinkedIn aident \u00e0 augmenter la port\u00e9e, bien au-del\u00e0 des posts de l'entreprise.
