Neuf salari\u00e9s sur dix en Allemagne veulent avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de revenir d'un travail \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e0 un emploi \u00e0 temps plein. Un tel droit est donc, pour les professionnels allemands, la mesure la plus importante pour concilier vie familiale et vie professionnelle. C'est ce qu'a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 la bourse de l'emploi en ligne StepStone dans une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de quelque 5.000 sp\u00e9cialistes et cadres. L'\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que 28 pour cent des femmes interrog\u00e9es ont l'intention d'assumer un r\u00f4le de cadre \u00e0 l'avenir. Pr\u00e8s de 60 pour cent de toutes les personnes travaillant \u00e0 temps partiel pensent qu'elles peuvent assumer correctement un poste de direction \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 m\u00eame avec un nombre d'heures r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n

Jusqu'\u00e0 1,5 million de travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel travailleraient \u00e0 temps plein<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Ce sont justement les femmes hautement qualifi\u00e9es qui veulent faire bouger les choses au travail - m\u00eame lorsqu'elles veulent ou doivent travailler temporairement \u00e0 temps partiel. Notre \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que quatre femmes sur dix passeraient \u00e0 temps plein si la garde des enfants pouvait \u00eatre organis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re optimale. La volont\u00e9 de travailler davantage a donc encore augment\u00e9 de dix points de pourcentage par rapport \u00e0 notre enqu\u00eate de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\", d\u00e9clare Simone Reif, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de StepStone.de. \"C'est une bonne nouvelle pour l'\u00e9conomie, car en p\u00e9riode de p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9, les entreprises ont besoin de ces femmes\". Selon les estimations de StepStone, le nombre de femmes qui travailleraient \u00e0 temps plein dans de bonnes conditions s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve jusqu'\u00e0 1,5 million, rien que parmi les sp\u00e9cialistes et les cadres.<\/p>\n

Comment sortir du pi\u00e8ge du temps partiel <\/strong><\/p>\n

Des horaires de travail flexibles sont une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour 95% des personnes interrog\u00e9es. Les femmes souhaitent que leur employeur les aide \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un poste de direction en leur proposant des formations continues et en prenant des mesures pour encourager de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e le personnel \u00e0 temps partiel. Pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des femmes qualifi\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 d'autres t\u00e2ches \u00e0 leur retour d'une pause familiale - 28 pour cent exercent depuis lors des activit\u00e9s moins exigeantes. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des femmes estiment que l'interruption de leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle a nui \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re. Cela a \u00e9galement des cons\u00e9quences financi\u00e8res : 60 pour cent s'attendent \u00e0 des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 long terme sur leur salaire.<\/p>\n

En Suisse : davantage de femmes cadres<\/strong><\/p>\n

En Suisse, en revanche, l'\u00e9conomie parvient \u00e0 pourvoir nettement plus de postes vacants dans ses directions par des femmes. La part des femmes dans les directions des 100 plus grands employeurs suisses a bondi de 6 % \u00e0 8 %, et 21 % de tous les nouveaux entrants dans les directions \u00e9taient des femmes - contre seulement 4 % l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Dans les conseils d'administration des entreprises, 21% des mandats ouverts ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 occup\u00e9s par une femme, portant ainsi la proportion de femmes \u00e0 17%. C'est ce que montre le dernier \"schillingreport\" de Guido Schilling AG, sp\u00e9cialiste de la recherche de cadres. Si l'\u00e9conomie suisse ne veut pas perdre le contact avec les autres pays d'Europe occidentale, elle doit poursuivre r\u00e9solument sur la voie qu'elle a choisie. Dans le secteur public, l'organe de comparaison est nettement plus avanc\u00e9 que l'\u00e9conomie priv\u00e9e, avec 24 % de femmes conseill\u00e8res d'Etat ainsi que 14 % de femmes cadres sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n
