Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de nombreuses innovations et \u00e0 une orientation cons\u00e9quente sur les besoins des clients, Heiniger SA est aujourd'hui leader mondial dans le domaine de la tonte d'animaux : des millions d'animaux de rente comme les moutons, les vaches, les chevaux ou encore les chiens et les chameaux sont tondus et soign\u00e9s chaque jour dans le monde entier avec des appareils Heiniger. Rien que pour la tonte des moutons, il existe 40 couteaux diff\u00e9rents, comme l'a expliqu\u00e9 Daniel Heiniger au public. \"Heiniger AG a impressionn\u00e9 le jury par son mod\u00e8le commercial innovant. L'entreprise familiale a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 devenir leader du march\u00e9 dans une niche du march\u00e9 mondial tr\u00e8s disput\u00e9e. L'entreprise familiale a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1946 par Hermann Heiniger et est aujourd'hui dirig\u00e9e par la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de CEO, Daniel Heiniger. Elle emploie plus de 100 collaborateurs, dont 33 dans sa filiale en Australie et huit en Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande.<\/p>\n

2\u00e8me & 3\u00e8me laur\u00e9ats <\/strong>
\nLa deuxi\u00e8me place revient \u00e0 Moser-Baer AG de Sumiswald, fabricant de la l\u00e9gendaire horloge de gare. Avec la marque MOBATIME, l'entreprise familiale, aujourd'hui dirig\u00e9e par son directeur Reto Reist, est leader international dans le d\u00e9veloppement, la production et la vente d'installations horlog\u00e8res, de syst\u00e8mes de temps et de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences temporelles. Plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'installations de Moser-Baer sont en service dans le monde entier, dans les a\u00e9roports, les gares ou les h\u00f4pitaux. L'entreprise a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un deuxi\u00e8me pilier dans le domaine de la technique m\u00e9dicale. \"La qualit\u00e9 suisse, la technologie de l'information et un sens aigu du service sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s chaque jour dans les d\u00e9veloppements de produits et les prestations de service\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Walter Steinlin pour expliquer le succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise. Et d'ajouter \"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des rachats strat\u00e9giques, l'entreprise n'a cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre depuis 1938 et compte aujourd'hui 140 collaborateurs, ce qui en fait l'un des principaux employeurs de l'Emmental\".<\/p>\n

La troisi\u00e8me place a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 K\u00fchni AG de Ramsei. L'entreprise, qui \u00e9tait \u00e0 l'origine une charpenterie, est devenue un fournisseur global de premier plan dans le domaine de la construction en bois. Avec 160 collaborateurs, dont 34 apprentis, l'entreprise familiale propose une prestation de march\u00e9 continue, de la planification \u00e0 la construction de maisons cl\u00e9s en main. Un parc de machines ultramoderne est utilis\u00e9 - K\u00fchni AG est en fin de compte une entreprise artisanale enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9ris\u00e9e dans l'Emmental.<\/p>\n

Autres gagnants de prix<\/strong>
\nLes autres laur\u00e9ats de la soir\u00e9e sont la manufacture horlog\u00e8re Armin Strom AG de Bienne, la Carrosserie HESS AG de Bellach, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la construction de v\u00e9hicules, ainsi que Furrer + Frey AG de Berne, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la construction de cat\u00e9naires. Dans le cas d'Armin Strohm, il convient de mentionner en particulier le fait que la direction de l'entreprise, encore jeune, a pris le risque de cr\u00e9er sa propre manufacture - quelque chose que de nombreux autres fabricants de montres de renom ont d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment choisi de ne pas faire... Et le nom de HESS est \u00e9galement connu dans le monde entier : Plus de 3500 bus de type \"Cobus\" sont en service dans les a\u00e9roports internationaux pour le transfert des passagers des terminaux vers les avions. Enfin, Furrer + Frey AG compte parmi les leaders du march\u00e9 en Chine : l'entreprise y d\u00e9tient une part de march\u00e9 de 50 pour cent pour l'\u00e9quipement des m\u00e9tros avec des cat\u00e9naires. Pour le pr\u00e9sident du SVC, Hans-Ulrich M\u00fcller, il est clair que \"les six entreprises sont gagnantes\".<\/p>\n

50e remise du Prix SVC<\/strong>
\nAvec le Prix SVC Espace Mittelland, le Swiss Venture Club (SVC) distingue pour la douzi\u00e8me fois des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) exemplaires de la r\u00e9gion, qui convainquent par leurs produits, leur mod\u00e8le commercial innovant et leur succ\u00e8s durable. Le pr\u00e9sentateur Patrick Rohr a anim\u00e9 la manifestation au Kursaal de Berne. 1'400 invit\u00e9s issus du monde politique, \u00e9conomique et culturel ont fait de la remise des prix un nouveau rendez-vous important de l'\u00e9conomie de l'Espace Mittelland.<\/p>\n

Lors de cette remise de prix, le SVC lui-m\u00eame avait quelque chose \u00e0 f\u00eater - sa 50e remise du Prix SVC. Depuis la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition \u00e0 Berne en 2003, 299 entreprises au total ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es dans sept r\u00e9gions \u00e9conomiques et trois r\u00e9gions linguistiques lors des 50 c\u00e9r\u00e9monies du Prix SVC. Pour une fois, Hans-Ulrich M\u00fcller a pu recevoir lui-m\u00eame un troph\u00e9e \u00e0 cette occasion.<\/p>\n
