(Photo : zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A l'aide d'une nouvelle analyse de potentiel, Wegm\u00fcller souhaite syst\u00e9matiquement identifier le potentiel d'am\u00e9lioration de l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene d'emballage et d'exp\u00e9dition. Pour ce faire, il est possible de se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 une liste de contr\u00f4le sophistiqu\u00e9e. On s'\u00e9loigne du prix unitaire pour se rapprocher du co\u00fbt total de possession (TCO). Cela vaut \u00e9galement la peine dans le domaine de l'emballage. Toutefois, d'autres points devraient \u00e9galement \u00eatre pris en compte. L'id\u00e9e est de ne d\u00e9velopper des solutions d'emballage que lorsque l'ensemble des exigences du processus d'exp\u00e9dition est connu. Le processus commence donc par les exigences du client final et se termine par le d\u00e9veloppement du produit du client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le potentiel sommeille<\/strong><br \/>\nMarc Wegm\u00fcller, directeur du plus grand et du plus ancien emballeur \u00e0 l'exportation de Suisse : \"De nombreuses entreprises ont un potentiel dans le domaine de l'emballage et de l'exp\u00e9dition, parce que cela ne fait pas partie de leur c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier. Nous r\u00e9v\u00e9lons ce potentiel et proposons des solutions pour en tirer davantage\". Une premi\u00e8re analyse est gratuite. Wegm\u00fcller accompagne \u00e9galement la mise en \u0153uvre de solutions concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemples de r\u00e9ussite<\/strong><br \/>\nWegm\u00fcller a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u0153uvre de nombreuses solutions chez des clients. Il en est r\u00e9sult\u00e9 des processus d'emballage et d'exp\u00e9dition all\u00e9g\u00e9s. Par exemple, un client passait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ses commandes via le service des achats. Aujourd'hui, il commande de mani\u00e8re simple et rapide via un syst\u00e8me Kanban \u00e9lectronique comme SFS Pushlog ou via une application pour smartphone. Un autre client occupait un espace de stockage important avec des emballages, \u00e0 un emplacement de choix. Il en r\u00e9sultait des co\u00fbts de location \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des frais de transbordement et de recherche importants. Wegm\u00fcller livre d\u00e9sormais juste \u00e0 temps des lots de tr\u00e8s petite taille avec un seul besoin journalier.
