C'est pourquoi les experts en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique sont particuli\u00e8rement demand\u00e9s : selon l'\u00e9tude Risk &amp; Cybersecurity 2022 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil informatique Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), les entreprises consid\u00e8rent que le plus grand d\u00e9fi dans le domaine de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 n'est pas le budget, mais la p\u00e9nurie de cyberpersonnel qualifi\u00e9. Selon l'\u00e9tude, la moiti\u00e9 (49 %) des entreprises de l'UE et du Royaume-Uni pr\u00e9voient d'embaucher \u00e0 l'avenir des professionnels poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, ce sont m\u00eame les deux tiers (65 %) qui ont l'intention de se mettre \u00e0 la recherche de talents \u00e0 l'avenir.\r\n\r\nPour l'\u00e9tude, 607 entreprises d'Europe et d'Am\u00e9rique du Nord ayant un chiffre d'affaires annuel d'au moins $ 1 milliard ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es. Les entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s avec des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs responsables de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans leur entreprise. Il s'agit notamment des Chief Risk Officers (CROs) et des Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) du secteur financier, des services publics, des m\u00e9dias et des services d'information ainsi que de la construction de machines et d'installations.\r\n<h3>La p\u00e9nurie de cyber-sp\u00e9cialistes parmi les principaux obstacles \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique des entreprises<\/h3>\r\nLes Chief Risk Officers (CRO) et les Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) indiquent dans l'enqu\u00eate qu'ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu du mal \u00e0 attirer (44 %) et \u00e0 retenir (42 %) des talents ayant des connaissances en mati\u00e8re de cyber-risques et de cyber-s\u00e9curit\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.\r\n<figure id=\"attachment_16732\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 680px\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16732\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-16732\" src=\"https:\/\/www.m-q.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Cyber-Fachkraeftemangel-bedroht-Sicherheit-von-Unternehmen-2_MQ.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"366\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16732\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ainsi, les grandes entreprises d'Europe et d'Am\u00e9rique du Nord veulent embaucher de nouveaux cyber-sp\u00e9cialistes. (Graphique : TCS)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\r\nLes exigences li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'environnement de travail, comme le bureau \u00e0 domicile et les risques qui y sont li\u00e9s, sont le deuxi\u00e8me obstacle le plus important cit\u00e9 par les CRO et les CISO. Par exemple, en raison de la pand\u00e9mie et du passage au home-office qui en a r\u00e9sult\u00e9, les collaborateurs ont d\u00fb \u00eatre autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 court terme \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 distance \u00e0 de nombreux syst\u00e8mes et bases de donn\u00e9es de leur employeur. Cela ouvre de nouveaux points d'attaque pour les cybercriminels. L'\u00e9valuation des divers risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la quantification de leurs co\u00fbts constituent le troisi\u00e8me plus grand d\u00e9fi pour les personnes interrog\u00e9es.\r\n<h3>La cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 n'est pas une question de budget<\/h3>\r\nLes \u00e9ventuelles restrictions budg\u00e9taires n'arrivent qu'en dixi\u00e8me position du classement. Le fait que ces derni\u00e8res concernent de moins en moins d'entreprises montre la grande volont\u00e9 d'investir : 52 % des entreprises europ\u00e9ennes et 62 % des entreprises nord-am\u00e9ricaines ont ainsi indiqu\u00e9 avoir augment\u00e9 leur budget pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique depuis l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.\r\n\"Suivre le rythme des tactiques les plus avanc\u00e9es des cybercriminels n'est pas tant une question de moyens financiers. Le d\u00e9fi est plut\u00f4t de trouver et de garder les bons professionnels avec l'expertise n\u00e9cessaire\", explique Santha Subramoni, responsable mondial des services de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 chez Tata Consultancy Services.\r\n<h3>Voici comment les entreprises s'assurent une longueur d'avance en mati\u00e8re de recrutement<\/h3>\r\nUne seule mesure ne suffit certes pas \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre la p\u00e9nurie de cyber-sp\u00e9cialistes. \"Les entreprises peuvent toutefois contribuer \u00e0 combler le manque de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en faisant appel \u00e0 des prestataires externes pour des t\u00e2ches difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir, comme la surveillance du r\u00e9seau 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7, tout en promouvant les talents en interne\", explique l'experte en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du TCS. En outre, l'\u00e9tude montre que plus le conseil d'administration se penche souvent sur le th\u00e8me de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, plus l'entreprise r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 conserver les experts correspondants.\r\n\r\nAutre r\u00e9sultat : l'\u00e9tude identifie un lien entre la fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs et la mani\u00e8re dont une entreprise stocke ses informations. Les entreprises qui misent sur des solutions cloud ont un l\u00e9ger avantage dans le recrutement de cybertalents par rapport aux entreprises qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les solutions sur site ou les centres de donn\u00e9es traditionnels au cloud.
