Les entreprises traditionnelles sont d\u00e9sormais invit\u00e9es \u00e0 mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des clients et \u00e0 regagner leur confiance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une communication transparente.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<b>Les avantages de la 5G ne sont pas per\u00e7us par les clients<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les nouvelles technologies telles que la 5G offrent des opportunit\u00e9s aux fournisseurs, mais les avantages pour les clients potentiels ne sont pas encore visibles. 53 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ne savent pas que la 5G offre une meilleure couverture Internet pour les communaut\u00e9s mal desservies, et environ trois quarts des personnes interrog\u00e9es ne connaissent pas les possibilit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le en temps r\u00e9el des appareils distants ou les avantages qui en d\u00e9coulent pour l'Internet des objets.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cependant, en d\u00e9taillant les avantages associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la technologie 5G, plus des deux tiers (67%) des personnes interrog\u00e9es seraient pr\u00eates \u00e0 payer plus.<\/p>\r\n<h3><b>D\u00e9calage entre la perception personnelle et la satisfaction du client<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p>90% des collaborateurs des fournisseurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications sont d'avis que leur entreprise facilite la communication et r\u00e9sout les cas clients plus rapidement qu'auparavant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des processus num\u00e9ris\u00e9s.
