(Image : FHNW)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e en Suisse augmente - en particulier dans le domaine technique. Les deux premi\u00e8res places de l'indice suisse de p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e sont occup\u00e9es par les m\u00e9tiers de l'ing\u00e9nierie et de l'informatique. Pourtant, les d\u00e9fis actuels de la Suisse sont difficilement surmontables sans la main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e ad\u00e9quate. Actuellement, c'est surtout l'approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la Suisse et le d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables qui y est li\u00e9 qui sont au centre de l'attention : les records de temp\u00e9rature, la menace de p\u00e9nurie et la hausse vertigineuse des prix des \u00e9nergies fossiles et de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 augmentent l'urgence du tournant \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. \"La mise en \u0153uvre du tournant \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique n\u00e9cessite des ing\u00e9nieurs bien form\u00e9s et innovants\", explique Ruth Schmitt, responsable de la formation \u00e0 la Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik FHNW. \"C'est pourquoi nous proposons aux bacheli\u00e8res et bacheliers une nouvelle voie directe vers les \u00e9tudes \u00e0 partir du semestre d'automne 2022. Nous voulons ainsi attirer davantage de jeunes vers une formation technique\". Et cette voie passe par des \u00e9tudes de bachelor int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la pratique.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c9tudes de bachelor en alternance pour les titulaires d'une maturit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les personnes qui souhaitent entreprendre des \u00e9tudes techniques dans une haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e ne doivent pas n\u00e9cessairement avoir suivi un apprentissage technique. Les titulaires d'une maturit\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement admis s'ils apportent avant le d\u00e9but des \u00e9tudes au moins une ann\u00e9e d'exp\u00e9rience pratique dans le monde du travail, qui correspond aux \u00e9tudes choisies. \u00c0 partir du semestre d'automne 2022, les titulaires d'une maturit\u00e9 pourront d\u00e9sormais commencer directement leurs \u00e9tudes techniques \u00e0 la FHNW - et acqu\u00e9rir en parall\u00e8le une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle pratique. Cela est possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un projet pilote de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration : Les \u00e9tudes de bachelor int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la pratique (PiBS) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans le cadre d'un paquet de mesures contre la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans le domaine MINT (math\u00e9matiques, informatique, sciences naturelles et technique).<\/p>\n<p>Le PiBS est une formation en alternance : Les \u00e9tudiants suivent les modules d'\u00e9tudes \u00e0 la FHNW et travaillent \u00e0 40% dans une entreprise partenaire de l'industrie et de l'\u00e9conomie. Pour ce faire, ils divisent la semaine en jours d'\u00e9tudes et de stage ou \u00e9tudient par phases \u00e0 plein temps et passent des phases pratiques plus longues dans l'entreprise. Le contenu des \u00e9tudes est le m\u00eame que celui d'un cursus \u00e0 temps plein de trois ans. Les \u00e9tudes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la pratique durent en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral quatre ans, mais elles offrent un grand avantage, comme l'explique la FHNW : \"Les titulaires de la maturit\u00e9 commencent en m\u00eame temps leur vie professionnelle et leurs \u00e9tudes. Ils peuvent ainsi mettre imm\u00e9diatement en pratique ce qu'ils ont appris et, inversement, int\u00e9grer leurs exp\u00e9riences pratiques dans le quotidien des \u00e9tudes. Par exemple dans le cadre des projets d'\u00e9tudiants, une partie centrale de chaque cursus \u00e0 la Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik FHNW : d\u00e8s le premier semestre, les \u00e9tudiants r\u00e9alisent en \u00e9quipe des commandes concr\u00e8tes de l'industrie\", explique Ruth Schmitt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Premi\u00e8res places pour le d\u00e9but des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 l'automne 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les personnes qui souhaitent s'inscrire \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes de bachelor int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la pratique PiBS doivent conclure un contrat de formation avec une entreprise pour toute la dur\u00e9e des \u00e9tudes. Avec Brugg Cables et Pfiffner Messwandler, deux premi\u00e8res entreprises partenaires proposent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des places de stage aux bacheliers et bacheli\u00e8res qui se sont d\u00e9cid\u00e9s \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute et qui souhaitent commencer \u00e0 l'automne 2022 des \u00e9tudes en alternance dans les fili\u00e8res de l'\u00e9lectrotechnique et de la technique de l'information, de la technique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et environnementale ou de la construction m\u00e9canique. Brugg Cables est active au niveau international dans le secteur des syst\u00e8mes de c\u00e2bles et de garnitures haute, moyenne et basse tension. Dans son d\u00e9partement de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, l'entreprise travaille en permanence sur de nouveaux produits innovants pour les niveaux de tension les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et pour le c\u00e2blage complexe des installations d'alimentation \u00e9lectrique. L'entreprise est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 deux pas de la Hochschule f\u00fcr Technik FHNW, mais elle est interconnect\u00e9e au niveau mondial. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Pfiffner Messwandler, qui emploie quelque 220 personnes, d\u00e9veloppe, produit et distribue des produits et des solutions pour les clients dans le domaine de la technique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. \"De grands d\u00e9fis techniques nous attendent dans le secteur de l'\u00e9nergie.
