Le Barom\u00e8tre de l'emploi Randstad r\u00e9v\u00e8le une chose \u00e9tonnante : la Suisse se situe en dessous de la moyenne mondiale en ce qui concerne le niveau de num\u00e9risation. Dans de nombreux autres pays, la num\u00e9risation a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un poids plus important. Au niveau mondial, 84 % des participants sont en effet convaincus que chaque entreprise devrait avoir une strat\u00e9gie num\u00e9rique et 59 % confirment que leur employeur en a une.<\/p>\n

Les employeurs suisses ont donc clairement besoin d'agir - soit en \u00e9laborant une strat\u00e9gie num\u00e9rique, soit en informant leurs collaborateurs de la strat\u00e9gie existante.<\/p>\n

Opportunit\u00e9s non exploit\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jonathan Isenring, cofondateur du Digital Festival en Suisse, voit plusieurs facteurs d'influence possibles pour les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude en Suisse : \"En Suisse, il y a encore quelques branches et entreprises qui ont tendance \u00e0 se trouver dans une zone de confort en ce qui concerne la num\u00e9risation. Elles n'ont peut-\u00eatre pas assez de pression pour d\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie num\u00e9rique. Un autre facteur est probablement aussi l'attitude plut\u00f4t r\u00e9serv\u00e9e et understatement des Suisses, qui s'estiment plus bas et moins optimistes que d'autres pays et cultures\".<\/p>\n

Travailleurs suisses <\/strong><\/p>\n

Le monde du travail num\u00e9rique exige d'autres comp\u00e9tences que celles dont on dispose actuellement - 63 % de tous les participants suisses \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate sont d'accord avec cette affirmation. En revanche, seule la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es en Suisse pensent qu'elles doivent acqu\u00e9rir davantage de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques pour assurer leur future employabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Cette appr\u00e9ciation est-elle due au paysage \u00e9ducatif progressiste de la Suisse ? Toni Schmid, \u00e9conomiste d'entreprise HES et directeur de FH SUISSE, l'association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re nationale des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s des hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es suisses, \u00e9value les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudes de la mani\u00e8re suivante : \"Dans les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, o\u00f9 l'application pratique est tr\u00e8s importante, les th\u00e8mes de la num\u00e9risation ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sents et ils sont constamment approfondis. Cela se fait au sein des domaines d'\u00e9tudes ou entre-temps avec des d\u00e9partements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ou des coop\u00e9rations. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9-e-s sont donc bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9-e-s au march\u00e9 du travail. Les taux de ch\u00f4mage tr\u00e8s bas lors de l'entr\u00e9e des \u00e9tudiants sur le march\u00e9 du travail le confirment \u00e9galement. En ce sens, ce classement dans les derniers rangs doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la plus haute distinction\".<\/p>\n

Natifs num\u00e9riques masculins <\/strong><\/p>\n

Les hommes suisses ont tendance \u00e0 avoir davantage le sentiment de devoir acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques que les femmes suisses. Dans la tranche d'\u00e2ge 18-24 ans, la diff\u00e9rence est extr\u00eamement forte. Les natifs num\u00e9riques masculins sont convaincus, avec 77 %, qu'ils ont besoin de plus de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques pour trouver encore un emploi \u00e0 l'avenir. Chez les Digital Natives f\u00e9minins, ce chiffre n'est que de 47 %.<\/p>\n
