Les m\u00e9tiers de r\u00eave sont nombreux. Pourtant, de nombreuses entreprises ont du mal \u00e0 pourvoir leurs places d'apprentissage. Un nouveau projet offre un soutien. (Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Des milliers d'entreprises formatrices proposent chaque ann\u00e9e quelque 250 m\u00e9tiers d'apprentissage. Cependant, de moins en moins d'entreprises trouvent les apprentis engag\u00e9s qu'elles souhaitent. Avec le d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite des baby-boomers, les lacunes existantes dans le recrutement de la rel\u00e8ve sont d\u00e9sormais encore plus \u00e9videntes. Un peu de bouche-\u00e0-oreille, une publicit\u00e9 de fortune, un expos\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9cole locale ou une vid\u00e9o sur une plate-forme en ligne ne suffisent plus aujourd'hui. Les entreprises formatrices ne trouveront que rarement de cette mani\u00e8re les apprentis engag\u00e9s et talentueux, c'est-\u00e0-dire les sp\u00e9cialistes et les cadres dont elles auront urgemment besoin demain.<\/p>\n

La rel\u00e8ve met au d\u00e9fi les entreprises formatrices<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Aujourd'hui, les jeunes talents veulent \u00eatre abord\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re professionnelle. Ils ont des attentes quant au style et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation de l'employeur. Ils cherchent des formateurs en qui ils peuvent avoir confiance. Ils ont des id\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re dont l'entreprise devrait les soutenir pendant leur apprentissage. Ils souhaitent conna\u00eetre les perspectives qui s'offrent \u00e0 eux pour faire carri\u00e8re apr\u00e8s l'apprentissage. Il faut \u00e9galement convaincre leurs parents et leur entourage que l'apprentissage est la bonne voie pour une vie r\u00e9ussie et non une impasse.<\/p>\n

En effet, les parents, la famille et les amis sont les principaux cod\u00e9cideurs lors du choix d'une profession. C'est ce qu'a clairement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l'\u00e9tude \"Le choix d'un m\u00e9tier aujourd'hui\". Les 1 400 interviews qualitatives r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au total aupr\u00e8s de jeunes, de parents, d'enseignants, d'experts, de formateurs, d'apprentis, de politiciens et de m\u00e9dias ont montr\u00e9 qu'un tiers des jeunes s'int\u00e9ressent aux m\u00e9tiers manuels et techniques. Mais seulement 1 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont estim\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait possible de r\u00e9ussir dans cette voie. La r\u00e9ussite a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finie comme un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. De m\u00eame, les jeunes, les parents et les enseignants connaissent encore trop peu les bonnes opportunit\u00e9s de formation, de formation continue et de carri\u00e8re offertes par les m\u00e9tiers artisanaux. C'est pourquoi le projet \"Apprentissage de la carri\u00e8re\" soutient les entreprises formatrices dans leur recrutement.<\/p>\n

Occuper des places d'apprentissage : Un projet offre un soutien au recrutement<\/h3>\n

Jeremias Wirz, chef de projet de Carri\u00e8re-Enseignement explique : \"De nombreuses entreprises formatrices pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient d\u00e9l\u00e9guer la recherche d'apprentis \u00e0 leur association professionnelle. Mais aussi utiles que soient de telles campagnes, elles ne peuvent pas remplacer le recrutement concret de chaque entreprise. L'id\u00e9al est que l'entreprise puisse se rattacher \u00e0 la communication de la branche. De nombreuses PME n'y parviennent pas, car le marketing des collaborateurs ne fait que rarement partie de leurs points forts. Si l'on cherche tous les trois ans un apprenti de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, on ne sait peut-\u00eatre pas comment les jeunes, les parents et les enseignants fonctionnent entre-temps. C'est l\u00e0 que l'apprentissage de carri\u00e8re peut apporter une aide concr\u00e8te. Nous commen\u00e7ons par des entretiens dans l'entreprise formatrice et apprenons \u00e0 bien la conna\u00eetre. Sur demande, nous coachons les responsables de l'entreprise, qui acqui\u00e8rent ainsi savoir-faire et exp\u00e9rience. Selon les besoins, nous r\u00e9alisons \u00e9galement des projets sur mesure avec l'entreprise formatrice\".<\/p>\n

Derri\u00e8re le projet d'apprentissage de carri\u00e8re se trouve une \u00e9quipe qui dispose de plus de 30 ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans la communication pour des th\u00e8mes de formation. L'\u00e9ventail s'\u00e9tend des s\u00e9minaires pour cadres internationaux aux f\u00eates de fin d'\u00e9tudes, journ\u00e9es portes ouvertes, SwissSkills et campagnes de promotion de la rel\u00e8ve pour des secteurs entiers, en passant par un projet scolaire sur l'environnement et la sant\u00e9, des cours d'\u00e9t\u00e9 pour enfants et une formation continue salariale pour les personnes non qualifi\u00e9es. L'apprentissage de la carri\u00e8re est un projet fr\u00e8re de Sens de la construction<\/a>L'objectif est d'attirer l'attention sur l'attractivit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers de la construction.<\/p>\n
