Salaires des ICT en 2022 : malgr\u00e9 la pouss\u00e9e de la num\u00e9risation, les salaires restent stables \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. (Graphique : Swiss ICT)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Malgr\u00e9 une demande plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, avec la num\u00e9risation croissante de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, et contrairement aux attentes courantes, les salaires dans le secteur des TIC restent en grande partie stables pour 2022. C'est ce que d\u00e9montre l'\u00e9tude annuelle sur les salaires de SwissICT. Si l'on tient compte de l'inflation (au 1er mai 2012), les salaires sont m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en baisse, constate l'\u00e9tude. Les explications possibles de cette \u00e9volution sont, d'une part, la recherche de talents qui ont encore besoin d'\u00eatre encourag\u00e9s et, d'autre part, le d\u00e9placement des niveaux de comp\u00e9tence au sein des profils professionnels agiles. Pour les PME et les micro-entreprises, cela garantit un acc\u00e8s continu aux sp\u00e9cialistes TIC. Les salaires restent stables dans toutes les branches.<\/p>\n

Si l'on consid\u00e8re les choses de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e, on constate que le nombre de mentions et le niveau de salaire ont augment\u00e9 pour les salaires les plus bas. Cela pourrait indiquer qu'en raison de la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9, davantage de d\u00e9butants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9s, mais qu'ils ont pu profiter d'un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu'auparavant. Il reste \u00e0 voir ce que les chiffres de 2023 r\u00e9v\u00e8lent sur l'\u00e9volution future.<\/p>\n

Croissance des profils professionnels agiles<\/h3>\n

Comme dans les enqu\u00eates pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, il y a eu cette ann\u00e9e une augmentation des profils professionnels agiles. Les profils Product Manager et Release Train Engineer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate. Le profil Product Manager a fait l'objet de 97 mentions et le salaire du Release Train Engineer a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 136 fois. Ces chiffres sont tr\u00e8s prometteurs pour la premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate sur ces profils professionnels et montrent que l'\u00e9tablissement des professions agiles se poursuit.<\/p>\n

D'autres nouveaut\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites cette ann\u00e9e en ce qui concerne la classification par \u00e2ge. L'ajout d'une classification par \u00e2ge \u00e9largie permet de mieux voir les changements sociaux et de tirer des conclusions plus claires sur l'\u00e9volution des salaires et des mentions. De m\u00eame, une adaptation des branches a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e. La consolidation des branches a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e sur la base des entr\u00e9es des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Cette modification permet d'augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la pertinence et la robustesse des chiffres collect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que pr\u00e9vu chez les apprentis TIC<\/h3>\n

Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, une \u00e9tude salariale a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur les salaires des apprentis. L'enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans les formations professionnelles initiales d'informaticien:ne CFC, de sp\u00e9cialiste ICT CFC et de m\u00e9diamaticien:ne CFC. 122 entreprises suisses ont saisi leurs donn\u00e9es sur les apprentis. Fait int\u00e9ressant : la m\u00e9diane se situe \u00e0 la limite sup\u00e9rieure des recommandations (parfois m\u00eame au-dessus) de l'association responsable de la formation professionnelle ICT Suisse. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude sur les salaires montrent que les salaires des apprentis ICT sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans les banques et les assurances. Ils sont suivis par les administrations publiques et les autres branches. Constatation passionnante : les salaires les plus bas se trouvent dans les entreprises d'informatique.<\/p>\n
