L'entreprise ALAN Software AG faisait partie depuis 2012 de la Groupe FIVE<\/a> de Sch\u00f6nb\u00fchl BE, qui propose, int\u00e8gre et d\u00e9veloppe des solutions informatiques et logicielles depuis 1988. Le 1er septembre 2022, Zehnder Investment AG de D\u00fcbendorf ZH a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans son portefeuille cette entreprise de logiciels comptant plus de 150 clients et a acquis toutes les actions d'ALAN Software AG. \"Il y a 10 ans, nous avons pris ALAN Software AG sous l'\u00e9gide de FIVE. La direction de FIVE s'est engag\u00e9e financi\u00e8rement et dans le d\u00e9veloppement d'ALAN et a donn\u00e9 une nouvelle perspective \u00e0 la solution ERP\", raconte Ulrich Tschanz, CEO et membre du conseil d'administration du groupe FIVE. \"Depuis, ALAN s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et affirm\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s sur le march\u00e9\".<\/p>\n

Zehnder Investment AG est le partenaire qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer le logiciel ALAN sur le plan technologique et fonctionnel. Le changement de propri\u00e9taire ne sera pas perceptible pour les clients d'ALAN en termes de qualit\u00e9 du support, indiquent les entreprises concern\u00e9es.
