L'objectif des \u00e9valuateurs \u00e9tait de v\u00e9rifier l'hypoth\u00e8se suivante : Les entreprises qui mettent en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de diversit\u00e9 et d'inclusion sont plus r\u00e9silientes et plus performantes \u00e0 long terme que les entreprises qui ne poursuivent pas une telle strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>L'engagement social a des cons\u00e9quences positives<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>\u00c0 l'aide de diverses questions de recherche, la ZHAW a examin\u00e9 la litt\u00e9rature existante ainsi que les donn\u00e9es empiriques et a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 les perspectives \u00e9conomiques, manag\u00e9riales et politiques. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'expertise confirment qu'une gestion strat\u00e9gique de la diversit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion augmente l'avantage concurrentiel des entreprises, car elle permet d'accro\u00eetre leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, leur innovation et l'attractivit\u00e9 de leur marque, et de r\u00e9duire la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n<p>L'un des experts est le directeur du Centre pour le droit de la concurrence et la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole des sciences appliqu\u00e9es de Zurich (ZHAW), Patrick Krauskopf : \"L'expertise montre scientifiquement comment la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion influencent positivement la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises et cr\u00e9e ainsi un lien important entre l'engagement social et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>L'expertise simplifie la mise en \u0153uvre dans la pratique<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Mais pourquoi une expertise scientifique est-elle n\u00e9cessaire pour faire progresser l'engagement social en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 ? \"Dans l'\u00e9tude, nous cr\u00e9ons une base solide qui aide \u00e0 permettre une \u00e9volution vers plus de diversit\u00e9 et d'inclusion dans la pratique\", explique Simone M\u00fcller-Staubli, initiatrice de Swiss Diversity.<\/p>\r\n<p>Swiss Diversity et la ZHAW sont soutenues par le service de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 du canton de Zurich ainsi que par BKW SA, l'entreprise d'\u00e9nergie et d'infrastructure dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Berne. Sonja Michel, Business Transformation chez FMB, explique l'engagement de FMB par le fait qu'une \u00e9norme diversit\u00e9 de personnalit\u00e9s, de cultures et d'exp\u00e9riences se c\u00f4toient dans cette entreprise active au niveau international : \"Nous soutenons l'\u00e9tude dans le but de permettre au plus grand nombre de personnes possible de travailler dans des cultures d'entreprise inclusives et respectueuses des chances. Car d'une part, l'\u00e9tude favorise dans notre entreprise la compr\u00e9hension des liens entre diversit\u00e9 et succ\u00e8s \u00e9conomique. D'autre part, elle permet \u00e0 d'autres entreprises suisses d'obtenir de pr\u00e9cieuses recommandations d'action pour leur gestion strat\u00e9gique de la diversit\u00e9\".<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Inspiration pour les entreprises suisses en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et d'inclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats doivent inspirer les entreprises suisses \u00e0 s'engager pour une culture d'entreprise diversifi\u00e9e et inclusive. Dans ce contexte, il est indispensable de traiter la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion au plus haut niveau, souligne Patrick Krauskopf : \"Il faut une gestion strat\u00e9gique de la diversit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion qui soit ancr\u00e9e dans tous les domaines de l'organisation, au-del\u00e0 des d\u00e9partements RH\". Car l'entreprise profite \u00e9conomiquement d'une plus grande \u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ce constat est central pour le bureau de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 du canton de Zurich : \"Pour nous, la cl\u00e9 de la confirmation de la rentabilit\u00e9 de l'inclusion et de la diversit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans la mise en \u00e9vidence des progr\u00e8s \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 l'aide de cette \u00e9tude.
